¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup + 2 tbsp oil
1 pc. whole egg
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup ube jam
2 tsps. ube flavoring / coloring
2 tbsps. condensed milk
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. fine salt
White sugar and powdered sugar, for rolling
My favorite crinkle cookies... ito talaga binbili ko sa mga bakery dahil sa bitterness at sweetness taste niya....... sana nextyear makaipon ako pada makabili ng sariling oven.... favorite ko talaga itong cookies... ube crinkle cookies is wow...

Hi Chef! I made ube crinkles since last year. For me, it’s better to put it in the fridge before baking them. Sometimes I leave it in the fridge overnight and it comes out really good. Thank you for sharing!
Is it chewier if you put it in the fridge over night?
