    Baking time and temp: pre heat your oven to 200°C. Bake for 25-30 minutes, lower your temp. to 150°C and bake for 15-20 minutes more.

    Craqueline:

    Choux pastry:
    1 tbsp. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    120 ml. Milk
    120 ml. Water
    1/2 cup butter
    160 grams Bread flour
