- CREAM PUFFS
1 ½ cups non-fat milk
¾ cup unsalted butter
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
6 whole eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
Pastry cream:
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup cornstarch
3 cups fresh milk
4 egg yolks
½ cup salted butter
Ganache:
2 cups cream
2-3 cups dark chocolate (depends on how thick you want the ganache)
BAKING:
• Bake at a preheated 450F (220C) oven for 15 minutes. The hot oven will make the cream puff, PUFF!
• Decrease the heat to 350F (170C), and continue baking for another 20-30 minutes, or until the cream puffs are evenly golden brown in color.

@@anniemariebautista6682I watched other cream puff recipes, ang sabi po kailangan butasan yung choux pastry after baking para mawala yung steam sa loob. Then once off na yung oven, ibalik mo ulit yung mga nabutasan na choux pastry pero slightly bukas yung oven until medyo lumamig na. I hope I made sense.
The way he speak soothingly and explains things makes it very easy even to us kitchen noobs to understand. Kudos to you chef RV! ✨ We'll definitely try making this.

chef RV , actually late na kita na discover sa youtube pero noon pa ako aspiring na home baker. Some of my baked goods sa iyo ko natutunan. Then just recently, sadly, I knew that I am already diabetic and so I had to stop baking and baking para na rin maiwasan ko ang kainin sila. haha. Minsan I try to do the "diabetic friendly versions', pero iba pa rin kasi. Even though, I always find myself playing all your videos non stop, minsan nga kahit may ginagawa naman akong ibang bagay basta naririnig kita. Nare-relax at naaaliw kasi ako kung paano ka magsalita , sa witty mong mga banat at pasok na mga hugot. Thanks Chef

@@ehloysoriano865 Nagtutunaw po ako ng sugar sa skillet/frying pan at dun ko po sinasawsaw ung ibabaw ng Cream puff. Parang kapag nag-caramelise ng sugar for leche flan. Ingat lang po na wag mapaso ng tunaw na asukal!

Hi Chef, natry ko po yung cream puff recipe mo. Ang sarap po lahat, tama lang po yung tamis ng filling at yung dark chocolate na topping ay sobrang sarap din po and nagcomplement sa lasa ng cream. Madali lang pa gayahin. Kailangan ko lang pong mag practice sa pag form ng pastry. Thank you po
