Do you have a beginners video that includes the recommended warm up, stretcthes to prevent injury, and work out? Would be helpful for us novices without having to go back and forth between multiple videos.
Love this guy's Channel sure there's a lot of other jump rope instructional channels but I feel like anybody that is into jumping rope should subscribe to this man's Channel this is pretty the foundational jump rope Channel a lot of great tutorials and instructions even for people that are advance that have been doing it a long time
appreciate you my brother... there are a lot of channels out there that have more tricks and fancy moves than us... but like you said, we're all about building that foundation and helping YOU GET FIT!
Whoa! Although using multiple ropes is a good conditioning method, the speed and duration exhibited here are indicative of a more advanced method. Important to note that Dan is in excellent physical condition and probably somewhere around his 30’s, so his frame of reference for what might constitute a “beginner” workout might be different in form and content for older individuals.💯🎯
Great workout! Had to take a couple of slightly longer rests, and could only do about 1min straight in the final 2x 2min pieces, but I paused it and did the whole thing. My calves just feel really tight when jumping rope, is this something to solve with stretching and mobility or does it kinda go away as you get fitter/ more used to it? Thanks JRD!
We REALLY like to get people started with 1/2 pound crossrope. It slows you down a little bit but the feedback the weight provides really helps a newb get the hang of it!
Nonsense. Not for beginners at all. If a true beginner do this, they’ll fail and never touch the jump rope again. At best this is intermediate level. Big fail.
0 - Jump rope will not increase your height. Nor will supplements or other BS out there. Height is a function of genetics. You can improve your posture, but you can't force yourself to be taller.
5 ft 4 in ... 190 lbs ... 60 years old ... jumping 10 to 15 seconds ... resting 45 to 50 seconds ... 10 times.
A girl's gotta start somewhere.
Inspirational 👏
@@bill_the_butcher Thanks!
you said it! You gotta start! Love this approach, keep it up!
Will be using this jump rope session even if its for begginers. Even Dan is breathing heavy after this workout.

Thanks JRD!
Yup! Your calves go through a big adjustment, but a foam roller and stretching helps a lot. Do the thing 💪🏻
@@JumpRopeDudes Many thanks, small steps and gradual improvements 🤌
Whats the difference between "run in place" and "boxer jump"?
thanks
Hello
Do jump rope exercises work a lot on cardio ? As well as running for example ?
yup. ruclips.net/video/vPJFDZMnMXo/видео.html
@@JumpRopeDudes ok thanks 👍
Is there a video on how to learn to do the boxer skip? I want to add variety to my skipping workout and I only know how to bounce 😣
keep practicing!

Good
Ive been doing this for 9 days and lost 3kg :D (water weight maybe)
ya... you don't see real results in 9 days, but it's the beginning of a trend. Stick with it and it can change your life!
Thanks merci✅🥰⭐️⭐️
Thank u little buddy 😊
What a man what a man ❤ 🎶
Good workout Strong🔥🔥🔥💪💪
Challenge accepted 💪🏻🔥🤘🏻
Let's go!
Hello, please which size of rope are you using ,i want to order from cross rope
at 6'3" we use the XL ropes. You'll want to size your rope according to YOUR height.
What weight of rope would I need for a complete novice
We REALLY like to get people started with 1/2 pound crossrope. It slows you down a little bit but the feedback the weight provides really helps a newb get the hang of it!
nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
I only know how to do regular skip 😢
That's ok buddy
You'll get it
That's okay! Just stick with it and do your best. Everything else will fall into place.
If this is a beginner workout, I would hate to see an intermediate or advanced workout.
we've got em!
try something like this: ruclips.net/video/QFsgOUt-IM4/видео.html
Or better yet, check out one of our programs.
I thought you was "Charles Veitch" when this video first came on auto play. 🤣🤣
