Dr. എനിക്ക് അമ്പതിമൂന്നു വയസുണ്ട്. എന്റെ ശരീരം ഇതുവരെയും അല്പം പോലും പുഷ്ഠിപ്പെട്ടു കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല ജനിച്ച നാൾ മുതൽ ഞാൻ മെലിഞ്ഞാണ് ഇരിക്കുന്നത്. നല്ല ആഹാരങ്ങൾ കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് ഒന്നും ശരീരത്തു പിടിക്കുന്നില്ല ഒന്നും ശരീരത്തിലേക്കു ആഗിരണം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. എപ്പോഴും കഫം ആണ് തൊണ്ടയിൽ കഫം, വായിൽ കഫം, വയറിൽ കഫം. കഫം കാരണം ഞാൻ ആകെ ആസ്വസ്തനാണ്. ശരീരത്തിൽ രക്തം തീരെ ഇല്ല. ഒരുഡോക്ടറും കാരണം കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. കഫം കൂടുമ്പോൾ മലം പോകാതകുകയും മലദ്വാരം തള്ളി വരികയും ചെയ്യുന്നു കഫംമാണ് എന്നെ ഈ അവസ്ഥയിൽ എത്തിച്ചതെന്നു എനിക്കു മനസിലായി. കഫം കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് ഡോക്ടർമാർ പറയുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. സർ ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. ഡോക്ടറുടെ കൺസൽറ്റേഷന് എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. ഡോക്ക്ടറുടെ മറുപടിപ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു
