Thank you so much Coach Kozak and Claudia for these videos. I've been using your videos for over 10 years and have always appreciated how grounded and encouraging you are. I recently got back into your videos after not excerising for two years since I had my son. The past 6 months I have had to go to physio more and more because I've been doing back or my hip over the simplest of daily activities. Even though I'm 33 I feel like I'm in a 60 year olds body. I realised I had to make a change and finally prioritise my health and fitness. Thank you so much for making these videos because you were the first place I turned to. I knew you would have an approachable and not scary beginner approach. Wish me luck on my journey to back to getting fit!

can you please do a routine for SI joint pain? please I really need it. I have been following your lower back routine which has helped but I need a specific routine for my condition because some moves are not really good for SI pain

Been following your exercises for 6+ months now. Have an issue- developed tail bone pain. Do you have a routine that will not aggravate it and alleviate the pain?
I’ve noticed they usually tell us if it’s not a beginner level and they are usually over 40 minutes for the intermediate. Claudia’s moves are more beginner level I would say

Learning to do the floor exercises at home, is a bit of a challenge but I am pushing.
I have disc bulge proble in my lower back..if you can do a lower back friendly workout it will be great
They have some if you look on their channel.. they have one that I do for sciatica nerve that works wonders so you might want to try it.. 💜💜✌️
