I could tell he liked Zach. Did you see one from the early 90s where a young rising British actor interviewed him? Can't recall his name or why he was even doing this 'cause he was clearly out of his league... Neil took pity on the poor guy, who was stumbling through interview using note cards someone else had written for him to ask......It became absurd, and Neil finally takes the cards and starts tossing out which ones to ask and which ones to leave out -- it all sounds silly, but it's a hoot cause the actor was very well known. It was great fun and it's actually a great hour long interview...This reminded me of it.
Fantastic interview and very professional......no interruptions etc.....Neil is like most of his fans getting up there in years so these interviews are very important......
Absolutely -- it's a great historical document for musicologists. There are several lengthly Joni Mitchell interviews -- one is 1:45 -- from just before she had last health battle. Neil is a one of a kind. The music he has made and the career is amazing to say the least. Sadly so many get upset over his views but come on now, get over it. There is not an artist or such that is not of the same political mindset, that is just how it is so put it aside already and look at his body of work. Neil, I for one thank you for making a life of music for all us to enjoy, for the stories told and soundtrack to our lives. Your songs are part of history, I thank you for being you.
Yeah, I love his music, his guitar sound is bloody unique and the vibes and stories he tells are fantastic, I am always listening to his music. I have cried and been moved so many times. Just not sure if his influence should exceed beyond music, though? Is he pro-censorship? That's not very hippy like, you know. Climate change is not the number one issue that faces the world. It is not existential. Only somebody who has a full belly and can think beyond day to day living has the opportunity to suggest that it is. In other words, talking about climate and the state of the natural environment around you is a mark of privilege - that when somebody reaches a certain economic status, they then can actually care about the environment around them.

is the antithesis to what he's been doing for the past 15 years . I'll listen to their work and leave the
stream of consciousness too melody clowning for you....enjoy.

The climate has and will continue to change just like it did before humans existed. C02 is a trace element that we could use more of to feed plants and trees.
So excited for this interview! This was really good.
great job Zach -- if Neil says you're gonna make it, believe him.
The legend, the myth...Sir Neil Young. One of his best interviews.
He hasn't been knighted.
I adore Neil Young 💕💕
thank you neil young

Love this Beautiful Spirit, Soul!
Gratitude… genius- in the best way though! You are one amazing dude!
Superb interview. Well done guys!
Thanks for this interview. I've enjoyed Neils music but was never a big fan. I now have a new perspective. All good.
Great man, love the interview
Great interview! Well done guys.
Great interview. Neil's awesome.
Pretty good interview! Only thing is, I wish they had talked more about Harvest!
Wow, what an inspiration for the world to look up to. We can make a difference and give future generations a chance.

There’s only one Neil Young! Nobody can touch him.
"People don't have enough fun." - Neil Young, 2022
I'm currently reading "Shakey (Neil Young's biography)" by Jimmy McDonough, I borrowed from the Nashville Public Library (my 2nd home).
"Waging Heavy Peace" by the man himself, is next on my list.
This has to be the best and most diverse interview show on any platform! 🤞🏼an interview with ATEEZ is coming up!
Just a great Show Keep rocken { Neil }
Thanks Zach. Great video!
Neil may have written more great songs than any other artist i can think of, i count at least 100
Neil Young was the longest Artist on stage throughout Live AID.
I love Neil, he should be the lighthouse of mankind.
Hi Damian 😁 He is One of the Best Lighthouses for Us All that don't have the platform that he does 👋🙏🏻😇❤️.
this is excellent because it is authentic. nice work!
great interview, zach
Neil is an amazing person and a great Canadian whose charity often goes unnoticed.
He is a great supporter of indigenous people in Canada..but without fanfare.
Well done on this. You clearly did a lot of research to respect him, yet it didn't come across that you were just spouting facts. You clearly took an interest in your subject. Get more of the older folk on and get some middle aged listenership. They've a lot more money than the genz'ers!
Just wonderful Neil Young is magic
Truly!
I really do have his first album in front of me that I bought in 1968 with the Loner etc. No one knew who he was at at all the Buffalo Springfield as was Moby Grape and the Lovin Spoonful were my faves. I still have a life size Harvest poster I pulled off a wall at a record convention when I lived in Fla around 1971 I’ve had it for over 50 yrs . It was a great interview Zach that you young guys give props to one of the real originals . Neil is also very funny thanks for a fun evening for this old rocker who couldn’t sleep

So frustrating..
I just typed a bunch to you and they deleted it cause of something...
You have the possibility of sharing with Neil thru messaging and the super rare song regarding his son that he may have forgotten about....
It's called:
I WONDER WHY
and its beautifully heart wrenching...
Please answer me.
Religion and politics don't belong here! Music...your own music, does and I'll listen to you all day long. But not daft notions on the above....please! xxx
fantastic interview
Neil Young Priceless! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
he's the best!
Doing it right for the earths sake, I love it
Awsome man
This is songwriting Gold
Hiiii! When will you guys upload SB19's episode? 😭
