Elite Dangerous: Exterminate Criminal Faction

One of the easier types of missions in Elite Dangerous Odyssey is to clear a base completely of criminal types. My usual process is a) scout all the outside personnel to avoid any nasty surprises later on b) shut off the alarms c) gain level 3 clearance d) start looting and murdering e) leave.
