Just made these for the whole family since I didn’t have enough eggs for a traditional breakfast. It helped stretch the eggs out and was so delicious! I used to make these with normal scrambled eggs and they would always fall out. Thank you so much!!!

Natasha, Natasha Made the first recipe 7-21-22 Had all the ingredients in the refrigerator. Had company over and everyone said they were hungry. So went to my laptop under Cooking and pulled up this recipe. Already had it there just didn't use it until 7-21-22 It was Simple, Fast, Very Easy and Filling. I made 4 had 3 ppl over. They inhale them. Each person got 1 and they said they were full. I did Sour Cream and Tomato Salsa on the side. They loved them. The last one I ate later, filled me up for the entire evening. Tried the bacon version of these this morning and they were great, I added a little butter to the pan while browning the tortilla and it tased fantastic. Adding a little salted butter gives the tortilla a great flavour boost.

It's easy and amazing. I did the same with a small different, I fried the beaten egg and also the "meat" part and after that I put on the tortias the egg, and the "stuffing" and I rolled it. I love making Natasha's breakfast burritos, but this looks even easier with mostly the same flavors. I can't wait to make the ham version and just add sauteed mushrooms (plus fresh jalapenos and tomatoes, but that's just a personal preference).
This recipe has been saved on my playlist for awhile but needed something quick and different for suhur/breakfast. This recipe was great for the job, I had two and some pineapple tidbits. I went with some O’Brien potatoes with the egg and cheese instead of a meat this time. Will definitely keep this recipe in the rotation 👍🏾👍🏾
