    This is an awesomely pretty hotpad. I'm usually simply satisfied with the practical, but I see there's no reason practical can't be pretty.

    @DaisyFarmCrafts Just wondering if you could use two skeins of yarn to make extra thick hot pad using a 6.5 mm hook & then add shell border rather than making two separate squares? Thank you for your tutorial!

  • @valoxsen6003
    @valoxsen6003 7 месяцев назад

    The stitch count for the border doesn't add up to get six scallops on each side. I always end up with seven or eight scallops even though I'm following the pattern.

    What brand hooks do you use?!!

    Can u use as a dish cloth to wash dishes

    • @DaisyFarmCrafts
      @DaisyFarmCrafts  Год назад

      For sure! If you want, you could just make one square instead of two and then work the scalloped border around so it's more thin like a dishcloth

    Why does the last corner not get 3 sc?

    • @DaisyFarmCrafts
      @DaisyFarmCrafts  Год назад

      After making a few of these, I found that the final corner looked better if I didn't have too many stitches bunched into that space

    I don't understand why you cut your yarn when finished with the second side part of your hotpad if you're going to use the same color to make the border. Why not just leave it and use it instead of cutting and joining.
