keep it up man lets gooo. try 3 sets, same reps but hold each rep for longer. on the shoulder exercise for example, fast upwards movement, about 2-3 seconds downwards, feel the burn! lower the weight if it doesnt feel good but slow and steady is more. dont forget to get a good stretching of the muscles you worked in.
