My mom used to make my brother sister and I microwave eggs in coffee mugs... she’d add cheese or ham... usually if we had to travel somewhere in the morning or if we were on vacation... taking three kids out for breakfast is not always fun... lol

Another great review, wonder if you would try using two eggs instead of one if you ever do another review of this kind of product?

What's the point of their giving the nutrition stats *without* the egg?!

Reminds me of cake mix having nutrition info as if you’re going to eat it out of the box.

It's more customizable that way. If you're adding egg substitute, egg whites, or a small egg, you can do the math accordingly and have accurate calories.

I just don't understand these. Is it just to have fresher ingredients? Why do I want to open 2 or 3 different packets plus carry an egg when i can just buy a Jimmy Dean or GV Breakfast Bowl that has everything already in it for the same price. Even for home prep these are a non-starter. At work totally pass-not carrying a freakin egg to work with me. Thanks for the complete break-downs Kevin. Really helps seeing the prep that goes into this. Not worth it.

I think it’s a great concept for those who are keto/low carbing. A lot of office workers could easily keep a half dozen eggs at work and only have to take them once a week.
If it keeps me from paying for essentially the same crap for a low carb bowl at say Hardee’s but half the price, I’m all for it. Personally- is use two eggs 🥚 though.
So with all that said- I would imagine just a small amount of meal prep and some initial investment in containers would pay off as a better option and can make it more customised. But I get it- busy life and need to eat right - yea it’s a nice option to have.

I totally get your point, but I feel like if your a new mom or new parents this is perfect. When I had my baby I remember that the first 2 weeks I barely eat first because I dnd have the energy or time. So I agree with you but this could be great for new parents, elderly people with conditions or college students.

I'm glad this had good flavors! Looks good, but I think the fact that it's so small (just one egg with a bit of extra ingredients) puts me off a bit.

Looks like all you really need is a microwaveable container. Then just buy the couple of ingredients you really like like bacon crumbles, cheese, etc. and of course the egg. You'll save money in the long run

Is also add some bell peppers and onions. It will definitely add to the flavor

You’re right of course, but this comment is silly LOL. “Why buy this when you could just make it” lolol that’s literally EVERY pre-made food you buy it for the convenience not for the cost

That's alot of stuff for just one egg. I'd try two.
