Im self-taught retired, senior. Iv always loved art, especially watercolor. I started in 2018, learning through the many videos on RUclips. I only paint for relaxation and fun. I discovered negative painting about 3 years ago and admit its my favorite; surprisingly, I do a decent job. Thank you for your video, I'm always glad to discover different artists.😅

Mr. Edwards your skill as a technician is obvious, the passion for your craft is extraordinary., there are many very talented people online but i do believe that your ability to teach and convey real knowledge is what sets you apart from the vast majority of your colleagues...I am very new to watercolors and (occasionally)creating lovely things .But I find time and again it is your insights that i return to most often,. .... as you often say at the conclusion of many of your tutorials" that its great fun or you'll have fun doing "it".Art, watercolors imparticular is absolutely the most exasperating fun I've ever had.....thanks for sharing

Fabulous demonstration.. but the movie quality is very blurred.. just about make your negative painting out.. but you still manage to see how you achieve such great results.. thanks.. so much..!!
I love your demonstration and the look you achieve. I do find it very difficult to get the same effect because my paint dries too fast and I am unable to scrub the lost edges. Not sure what to do to achieve the correct water level.
U r a fabulous instructor. I wish u would teach (your workshops) in small chunks instead of entire morning. Better learning to practice after u teach a technique.👍

I think that Firefox 67 is not rendering your video well. It is really blurry, as if out of focus. Perhaps you can upgrade this video.
I agree, this was posted in 2017 and should be a lot higher quality so we could appreciate his work
