Idea for a plush: reversible "Eric's Toy". One way it resembles a brightly colored ball of yarn and fibers. Turn it inside out, and its all dark red, has tendrils, and is covered in eye balls

That would mean it would probably be hard to turn inside out due to the eyes on the red side. And I don’t make the kinda of toys that can turn inside out but I would imagine it would cost more to make this kinda of toy.
This isn’t really meant to discourage people from asking for it or the making of it. I just want to make sure they know what they’re ask for may not be able to turn inside out. But could be two different versions red one with eyes and the rainbow one. Or just the version that is red with eyes. Also I do also want the plush or plushies.

I think itd be really cool if there was a universe where the foundation focused on helping and rehabilitating the SCPs instead of just locking them up and studying them

Well, there is SCP-5031, which is exactly that. A rehabilitated SCP.
I also recommend SCP-6001, an alternate SCP universe that is basically the opposite to the main one in that the world is at peace and almost all the SCPs live happily and free. It’s basically if the SCP universe had happy endings.

I like to think that the host of the channel is an scp himself, one that has access to all the information in the scp database and is resistant to any attempts by the scp foundation to try and prevent his abilities.
He also has a resistance to almost all memetic effects or kill agents, and passes that on to any who absorbs the information.
Also will swiftly revive upon being killed or destroyed by any attacks on him.

In my opinion, Tickle Monster is the undisputed champion of SCP. Indestructible, infinitely happy, can't be broken and can lift anyone's spirits. Not the strongest, scariest meanest but I can't imagine him losing to anyone. You don't have to be the toughest to be the toughest.
I always had the implication that Corporal Lawrence was anomalous even before he fell into the black cavern in WW1. He was a strange fellow, nobody knew where he came from, and he almost entirely willingly went into the black hole in the trench that his group found.
Combining the tickle monster with the desire camera sounds like the most effective therapy session you could have

This just made me realize something about the plague doctor: what if the pestulance is being non anomalis? If he only affects animals that don't have anomalis traits, then that could be a sign that he believes not having any properties or powers is the byproduct of an illness, which changes when he turns people into zombies, there by making them now anomalis.
My question was rather, when was it added that his touch didn't affect other anomalies? xD
I know there is that one time where 682 didn't die because of plot-armor as a fan favorite, but why would that mean it doesn't work on other SCPs?
Also, i thin the fact that he tried to cure 682 should answer your question. Anomalies also count a pestilence sources.
@@4Curses the story in the video was that the doctor went in the cell, waited for hours without doing anything (because he said the creature didn't have pestulance) and eventually asked to leave.
It is an interesting theory, but 049 doesn't think all humans have the Pestilence. He seems to even be pretty selective about which specific humans have it.

Idea: Asking SCP-294 for a cup of SCP-999, since it's gelatinous and could probably be dispensed by the machine, and then giving out little 999 cups to everyone in the foundation to subdue hostile SCPs in the event of a containment breach

If you ask for a cup of a specific person, doesn’t it drain their bodily fluids? I’m not sure if that effect extends to SCPs, but it’s possible that this would simply drain away 999 into nothing.
Last time another 999-type entity was created, it resulted in the original tearing it apart in it's only show of rage and hatred. One thousand might be too much and cause The Tickle Monster to take after his father.

The little guy's got potential, even 682 had a momentary breakdown after they went claw to ooze, just wondering if they can help it get a little stronger, maybe its power could do feats like permanently pacify 682 in round 2, that'd be a massive weight off of everyone's shoulders.

for the GOC one, i half agree, mainly because then the GOC would just become the foundation, i'd say 999 would make the GOC rethink about specifically trying to terminate any anomaly they find, instead, they'd try to only kill anomalies that are capable of mass destruction or haven't been pacified by 999
To be fair 999 is a very powerful being due to his nature meaning that his power is nearly limitless as it grow with his age.
