Damn, I really didn't expect this teeny-tiny guy to give such a ferocious chugging straight out of the box, without any drive or distortion pedals. That thing sure is a little beast.

I just want to say man....your an inspiration. I dig what you do... and what you do inspires me to want to do more ....it's very inspiring to see someone enjoy the fruits of doing something they love and it makes me want to do better.
That is a killer riff for your intro. Probably one of the most memorable ones I've heard you do on your channel. Awesome.

I've watched about 20 demos of this amp and this one is the only one that does it justice.
That's because a lot of the reviews are done by people that wanted a RUclips channel first and foremost, whereas Ola is a musician firstly who gradually shifted to RUclips and therefore knows how to get the tones that sound good.

I am looking at this and the Fortin Sigil. I cannot decide. This amp seems nice and has a better price tag. I just don't know.

I just got a V2.6 left handed! It’s the best guitar I own! I’ve always loved V shaped guitars but being lefty it’s extremely limited. I hope you release more awesome left handed V series guitars, Ola! Would love one with a Floyd and different colors, same with the A series!

Wat's up Ola!! I have that amp except in it's parent form. It's a Swiss army knife of metal amps, I love it's clean channel.
Besides all the great playing, the amp djent-sound and all, I really liked the squeaky handle noise, listen to that! That won me over straight away!
The riffs at the beginning with the drums was so sick. Keep playing with some drums!

I'm not usually into the modern metal amps, but damn this amp sounds fantastic, especially the mic'ed tone. I will have to check one out, even a reasonable price.

Dude, that's a super tight amp. Sounds killer! I do live sound in a 350 room venue, and when the metal boys come in with 200 watt heads, I'm like DUDE it's overkill. bring a good 20 to 50 watt head or combo unit, I mic it and it sounds SO much cleaner. I hope they make more amps like this so that metal guys can step away from the 200 watt heads in smaller venues. They are just too loud for a room the size I work in.
This might be the best sounding head out of the box I’ve heard on here at that price point.
Engl wants $1300 for the new E633 Fireball. This is nearly half that price.

Aside from a full sized 6505+ this is my favorite amp I've ever owned. By far my favorite lunchbox sized head and I've played a lot of them. A bit more expensive than say, a used 6505MH but to me it was worth it. Engage the tight switch and back off the gain, and it'll even get you some SRV wannabe tones if you're into that. Super versatile.

I've watched a lot of videos on this amp. You casually make it sound 100x better.
I find most of the videos don't do it justice. The distortion is smoother IRL with a nice gurgle, and the bass/midrange are very pleasing. A lot of the reviews sound harsh or a little muted. Thinking about doing a video myself, to see if I can approximate the room-tone a little better.
@@Schizmatizmify I've found blending a room mic (cell phone mic for me) with a speaker mic sounds most realistic

I have it's bigger brother, I use that and a triple rectifier through the oversized slant mesa cab. The peavey can actually get chunkier than the Mesa on dual rect mode

Not only was the amp tight, Ola’s riffage was tighter then the last time I watched him. I liked what he was playing at the beginning.
I'm honestly shocked. Every demo of the Invective 120 I've ever seen I thought sounded fine or underwhelming, and then this demo of the MH is just incredible??? Like it doesn't just sound big, but it sounds like TOO big. Like you'd end up high-passing it in a mix. That's just wild. The 6505mh def sounds way smaller than it's older brother, so this sounding so big is SHOCKING. Wow. I may need to put down my cash for one of these.
(For reference, my personal amp is a 5150III Stealth 100)
Something about a peavey through a mesa. 1 part of my stereo rig is a Peavey 6505+ through a MESA 2X12
My ears were not ready for that burp. I'm wearing Sennheiser HD280 Pros. I FELT the moisture on that one. 😂😂😂😂

I almost bought this but it was on pre-order everywhere and i wanted to replace my broken head quickly.
Opted for the Katana 100 MKII Head, considering its half the price of this Peavey, i don't regret it.
