- Them's Fightin' Herds is a masterpiece by Mane6. It was a My Little Pony fangame that evolved into so much more, but after their publisher Modus / Maximum Entertainment laid off the majority of the team and ended development early, it's now in a near unplayable state. #SaveTFH

That's a damn shame. But apparently there was a certain atmosphere of... lack of communication with the devteam and the players, perhaps the publishers are to blame for that.
I've only sampled the game and it felt great, and its such shame that such a cool project got screwed over like that.
Not actually knowing the name of the game before clicking on this video I assumed the game was literally called "Savefth"

Unfortunately, that hastag is fighting against #savetf2 that has been used for years. I thought that H was a typo or something else.
Them's Fighting Herds is such an enigma to me, like the more I learn about it the more confusing it all becomes
It's such a genuine shame that Nidra and Baihe got this sort of crunch treatment.
I genuinely love Baihe's aesthetic and her gimmick of a "turret" based fighter seems super interesting, and she could have been really fun to master given that she has a pseudo-stance cancel.
But because the playerbase is so small and Modus is so profit-driven, these two piles of potential shall remain just that for the foreseeable future: just wasted potential.

This game has amazing palettes for their fighters and a few reference Pokemon
A majority of the fighters have at least one Pokemon reference in their palettes, and the CPU player names also have lots of references.

The game is dead with no one from the mane 6 team left, leaving the game in an unfinished, buggy, unbalanced state.
Pressure the company with your wallet. If enough people tell Maximum that they will not consider buying the Avatar fighting game unless TFH is at least balanced with a patch they might actually do it. I've never played TFH, but I like fighting games and I would even sight the petition.
It will be broken and you will be happy.
