I was amazed by this video because there I was preparing my husband and I some lunch left over from yesterday and adding to it which was a mish mash of tuna, chickpeas, olives, peppers, cucumber and homegrown dill and coriander drenched in olive oil and and lemon with rye sour dough bread and get to the part of thr video where you're making a very similar salad. How coincidental! 😅

Thrive Market has some very nice offerings, but unless you want to pay a $60 annual fee and keep an eye on your emails, bc anything you order, they send you the next month unless you keep track. Sorry, I don’t have that kind of time! I was looking for an online market to get items not normally found in a grocery store or traveling an hour.

HINT: Don't keep your storage Potatoes in those black plastic milk crates. When the sprout vines get 3 feet long, they wind and weave all through the holes in the crates and make a tangled mess. Then they bind the stacks of crates together in an impossible to unravel Gordian Potato Knot.

I spied some volunteer basil in the yard, and have perpetual green onions. Everything else will come from the pantry. Interesting video with different perspectives.
It is great to grow an abundance isn't it?
When I have food getting older in the pantry, I try and process through it faster, and even feed to the horses or chickens or if still good, share with others.
I just do not like spoilage and wast, old world teaching I guess.
As for Thrive... I might have to look at it again but the last few times... it and azure standard are just too expensive for us.
