I think the reason the chain isn't metal is because Jotaro 3 has issues with the metal parts rusting

youre saying genki as if it was written as genkai. Genki means good, well, full spiritied and other positive connotations. Genkai means limited, bound, or under strict guard, so HobbyGenki might want you to pronounce it right lol

not sure about it. it still looks to me that the older faceplates are sharper and just better paint-wise. and whats up with that ab crunch ? it doesnt look like it wants to stay fixed ! Also, the overall sculpt of the figure feels boring, no mascularity is visible and the coat/clothes arent dynamically flowing either..... really boring attempt, i wish they kept some of those elements that they had in older releases. It feels like anime now, so uninspiring......
I would like if other companies got the jojo IP to make figures too but it doesn't seem like it'll happen. Maybe SHF cus of the live action rohan movie. I rather someone else get it though cus SHF has too many lines at the moment.
@@Collectork1k13 I am actually ok with Medicos keeping the license. Its probably the only company that aligns in a great way with the proper japanese proportions more so than Figuarts or even Mafex. Long legs, short torsos.... those traits are really hard to find now with all companies trying really hard to tone things down to more realistic, actual human proportions. Even Yamaguchi have kinda toned down their more crazy proportions; but they still look rather stumpy to me.

@@Collectork1k13 I know haha. I just think they are basically lazing out or cheapening out these days, whether it is re-releasing the older figures with crappier paint or giving us sub-par sculpts like the newest Jotaro. Its annoying cause we have seen how good this company can be.
