    I never knew having hypothyroidism made it hard to eliminate toxins. Is there a video explaining all these problems you mentioned?

    There are many retinoids and Vitamin C serums that are much cheaper that $140 but are still potent, brands: Vichy, La Roche Posay, many others.

    • @StormyDay
      @StormyDay 6 месяцев назад +2

      Right! You can get a prescription for tretinoin which is supposedly the most potent form, and if your insurance pays for it, it’s much less expensive than the fancy brand he uses. Also SkinMedica, which is a brand my Derm told me to use, is half the price of his. Basically, endo or internal medicine doctors should stick to their main practice and not try to be dermatologists.

    I have an infrared heating pad it heats up really well and it's so relaxing and relaxes my muscles and eases tension but I just had two discs that are herniated in the lower spine I feel the heat on inflamed nerves can make it worse. cold therapy is much better for inflammation so I'm stopping my heated matt until this pain subsides

    T2 IS NOT the only over-the-counter thyroid medication. How do you not know this? T3 is also available and it’s way better than the synthetic T3, Cytomel, et al, that is prescription only.

    retinol might improve the superficial layers but overtime depletes the lower layers which actually gives a much more gaunt look. dont take skincare advice from people who are not an expert in the industry..
