Thank you Kris nice flying beautiful place were you are flying at and yes, I love my avatar 2 and one and my mavic 3 cine and my mini 3 pro thank you Kris sharing 💯👍
It’s technically better on paper, but I fly around a lot of trees, heavy rocks, mountains so it seems about the same. Great within line of sight, but sketchy once you have interference of any kind
I have a question about the altitude limit but can't test it here because nothing is tall enough. If you go near the max altitude and land it, set the home point again and then restart it, does that then become the base for the altitude?
@@KrisLuckPhoto ok, so if you fly up to say 1000, set the home point to that location, you can then go another 1000, rinse repeat? That's my theory. I know it's trash for recovery, but I usually set mine to hover at signal loss anyway. I don't trust it to navigate back to me. I just rush to another point to regain signal.
Also, I guess I'm looking at it like for a fly back down perspective. That would suck to do if the project was to film the trip up. But I completely agree with you, we should have access to turn that off after accepting responsibility.
Great drone. Take it every where i go and never disappoints, ya dig
Great review, amazing place to fly and I agree with you. DJI Avata 2 is probably the best drone to get if you don't have any.

Any issues w/ those prop guards? Do they work?

How does signal compare to the original? Is it roughly the same ?

Does anyone know if the Avata 2 can shoot portrait videos for Instagram Reels?
