Is online church even church? Isn't it mainly instruction and not community? If the focus isn't also relationships and discipleship the inevitable will be the death of that church

people can watch streamed services but we should not call it church .. that's my thought too !!
Think of online church as what might happen if Paul sent a letter to a region or group. The letter was widely distributed and stood as a means of instruction, connection, and an avenue for discipleship. Online sometimes allows for more meaningful connection through the chat and personal expression than sitting and listening in a church building. In those settings, real connection wasn't always as deep as we would like to think.
