  • We've officially completed our F-150 'Beach Dad Build' and Matt and his family are prepared to trek to the Outer Banks of North Carolina! In this episode, we install our rigid Seat Back MOLLE Panels and outfit them with our soft BuiltRight MOLLE Pouches - ready to be packed full of snacks, games, diapers, coloring books and much more. Matt mounts our PowerTank system on the passenger rear Bedside MOLLE Panel and gives it an obligatory test, then installs both car seats so his girls will be comfortable and safe on the drive!
If you also want to outfit your truck with the highest quality, most modular onboard air, check out the links below to find everything used in this video.
New Building BuiltRight episodes go live every Monday around 5pm EST, tune in weekly to see product development, warehouse shenanigans and much more! Let us know your thoughts down in the comments and feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions. Thanks for watching!

I just wish you made the seat backs for the 09-14 f150’s. Those would work so much better than the current Velcro versions I have from you. (They work but seat backs would be 100x better)

Was the power tank supported by the bed (resting on the bed of the truck)? Or was fully hanging on the panel?

We did install the mount so we can rest the tank on the bed for some extra support, check 5:27-8:45 for the process and Matt explaining his thinking there.

Are those pieces on the back of the front seats just for protection from the kids kicking the seats or something like that?

We make our Seat Back MOLLE Panel Kits to not only protect your seats from rabid children, but to provide some rigid modular storage for MOLLE pouches & bags, accessories, etc. We've had a bunch of customers mounting Milwaukee Packouts to them with our Packout Mounting Brackets.
