Light festival usually is in January because Vilnius b-day is then. Only one festival was in summer due to pandemics.
I visit this festival every year and go see all objects 😊

We have similar Staro Rīga, but it has been dialed back somewhat because a lot of exhibits were permanent and you can put only so mutch RGB on a bridge

Oh light festival is older. I am quite sure I saw it back in 2018. Probably had break during the Plague.
