RECIPES
CHILI
1 Onion
500g Beef mince
1 Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp tomato puree
1 Tin of sweet corn
1 Tin of kidney beans
1 Tsp of cumin
1 Tbsp Paprika (left out for Oscar)
BUTTERNUT SQUASH MAC AND CHEESE
1 Medium sized butternut squash (roasted)
200ml Milk (I've used almond and coconut and both work great)
100g Grated cheese
LENTIL AND AUBERGINE CURRY
1 Onion
1-2 Tbsp Curry powder
300g Chicken thighs
1 Tin of green lentils
1 Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 Diced aubergine

We live in Dubai (which is why our week starts of Sunday and our weekend is Friday and Saturday)
We have chosen to do Baby Led Weaning and Oscar has been feeding himself since he was 6 months when he showed all the signs he was ready.
In addition to the food you see Oscar eat, he also drinks a 8oz bottle of formula around an hour before his meal.
