7 BREAKFAST IDEAS | BABY LED WEANING
This week I've gone one step further than 'What my baby eats in a day' and have filmed 'What my baby eats for breakfast in a week'. I get so many of my ideas from similar videos and I hope you can find some inspiration.

OVERNIGHT OATS
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Chis Seeds
1/4 cup Greek Full Fat Yoghurt (Babies should always have full fat)
1/4 - 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
- Mix togther
- Cover
- Leave in the fridge overnight
CHIA PUDDING
1:4 Chia Seeds to Coconut Milk
I use a small tupperware box and fill it half full with seeds and then fill the pot with coconut milk x 2. This makes one portion.

- We live in Dubai (which is why our week starts of Sunday and our weekend is Friday and Saturday)
- We have chosen to do Baby Led Weaning and Oscar has been feeding himself since he was 6 months when he showed all the signs he was ready.
