My apologies in advance, but I am going to be blunt here: There once was a player named Gobou, who one day decided that Asuka would be his new main character, because he enjoyed the complexities and strength of this character. As he played and played this character, he saw nothing but potential, and promised to show the world why Asuka R. Kreutz is also known as, "The Devil." He has since won ArcRevo Japan with Asuka, and had also won other smaller tournaments with said character. One day, in August of last year, there was a balance patch for GGST where Asuka went through some changes; these changes included the slowdown of all cubes - except Arpeggio, and gave them bigger hurtboxes. Now this may not seem significant, but these changes were enough to take this character from top 3-5, to somewhere in A+ tier, according to top players in Asia. In addition to that, as Asuka counterplay has been further developed, the character will only become easier to deal with in the future. Moral of the story: Asuka has been out for a whole year now - if you still believe the character is invincible due to Gobou's gameplay, then you honestly need to lab some serious Asuka counterplay; because Gobou said this character has _a_ _lot_ of bad match-ups - and they've only gotten harder post nerf. Also, MiguMigu, a Jack-O' player who stated Asuka/Jack-O' is a 5:5 match-up beat Gobou at this year's EVO Japan - with, well, Jack-O'. All I ask, is for you to please inform yourself of the current state of characters in this game, before making statements that are grossly inaccurate...
Wow the first game was literally Evo grand finals. Gobou if you read english please never drop this character! So entertaining to see him go ham with Asuka
Yeah how do people lose to one of the best characters in the game like Nago, next you’re gonna tell me people lose to characters like Ram and Leo Absurd…
Jack-O looks supringly good against Asuka...like the minion really mess up with Asuka oppresive gameplay by chipping his health bar and blocking the cubes...which is a huge deal for Asuka. I mean against Jack-O, Asuka looks way less oppresive than normal. Also the one playing Asuka is Gobou, so is not any random Asuka player. Which shows the effectiveness of Jack-o.
Asuka playing the marriage consultant trying to convince Jack O that just because there's a microwave doesnt mean Sol can make a macrowave
Lets be real he could make a macrowave
@@Tornadao2 and for his instant kill he puts the opponent into a macrowave and macro all over them until nice and toasty
yo nice Snow White profile picture
But he's already made a macrowave - and split it into several weapons
5:28 is a certified Jack-O artillery moment.
Jacko went crazy in this, great set
5:30 sniped
8:22 that combo was satisfying
Ok this is the closest Jack O mains got to beating Asuka. He was so close

@@waitingforzato-1i-noinguil301TLDR: Characters that Gobou play get nerfed, not because they are broken but because Gobou is broken. Sadly.
@@daikoooo nah i think asuka nerfed version is great, maybe not as great as leo or GL, but great enough
I think no matter what they do, Asuka will always be OP as hell

How do people genuinely lose against Jack O and Nagoriyuki
they are characters that have moves that damage your health. when your health is reduced to 0, you lose the round. hope this helps!
@@ashtheswan705 Never had that happen to me tbh
