Nils Molin is also frontman of Swedish power metal band called Dynazty for over 10 years, he joined Amaranthe just 3 years ago. Both singers have bunch of collabs, but Melissa truly shows her Queen of the Damned side on songs with history power metal group Warkings.

Ad Infinitum started out as a side project of her own until it became her main band and project.
She has also sung in Rage of Light, featured as Queen of the Damned in two Warking songs and
Feuerschwanz SEEED cover of Ding.
Lately she also recorded a song with a part of the Feuerschwanz crew as The Dark Side Of The Moon.
I just wished Elizabeth had chosen another Ad Infinitum song were Melissa shows both sides of her singing abilities.
On the bright side - this means she must do another song with Melissa Bonny were she lets her "dark" side out!!

I agree! I wish this song was much longer! Ad Infinitum are a rare gem and I wish them nothing but continued successes (and hopefully in the very near future - Headliner North American Tours for them. :3 )
Nils is also the lead singer in Dynazty, so I suggest either "Waterfall" or "The Human Paradox" from them, both are amazing and showcase Nils' vocal range pretty well. From Amaranthe, maybe "Fearless" and/or "Archangel" from the band's last album, "Manifest."
As for Melissa - "Marching on Versaille" and "Fire and Ice" from Ad Infinitum's previous album.

Elizabeth you should check out Blackbriar. Their song Arms of the Ocean is amazing. The vocalist Zora has a beautiful siren voice and I think you'll love it!

You absolutely have to check out "Jenny of Oldstones" (Game of thrones cover)by The Dark side of the Moon. It is totally in your wheelhouse. Melissa Bonny as singer, drummer from Amaranthe, guitar and harp by Feuerschwanz. They're kind of a Napalm Records super group to make covers of video game songs and movie soundtracks.
With as much as you appreciated "the Unicorn Invasion of Dundee" by Gloryhammer, I know you'll enjoy this song.

Melissa has a great growl too, check out her collab with Feuerschwarnz! For Amaranth, The Nexus is great and Boom! is a personal favorite, has an incredibly rare growl from Elyse and features both Nils AND GG6 phenomenally!

Just found your Channel with the Jonathan Young reaction to Hellfire and I'm also a big fan of Melissa Bonnie so as for ad infinitum I definitely recommend you listen to the song Unstoppable and marching on Versailles the latter of which definitely shows off her potential for deep guttural growls that you don't often see with female singers outside of the metal genre, also she has another group called dark side of the moon that did a metal cover of game of thrones 'Jennie of oldstones', and as for more Jonathan Young I definitely recommend his Phantom of the Opera or bells of Notre Dame covers

Your approach to every song' being proposed is heartwarming. It is more than evident that you adore music and you can clearly discern every detail in a way that most of us cannot. But that's the majestic thing about your channel, we can "hear & feel" music under a different prism, even though we have probably heard many of these songs several, countless times before. One song that you will probably enjoy breaking down is "The Pan Within" performed by "The Waterboys". For me, it's a masterpiece. I'm pretty sure that you won't regret it. I love that you're listening to some bands that I'm not seeing too many other reactors listen to. Ad Infinitum is one I found over lockdown and I really like them. There are some really great bands that don't get the recognition they should.
Another band that I found is Dark Sarah. The song that really got me was Dancing with the Dragon. I had never heard a metal duet sung like this. It kind of felt like a musical dance. I'd love to hear what you think of it! You said you were thinking of doing it for Christmas...that would be an interesting choice. :)

Heard them live two month ago (I think it was actually their first live concert). It was a very pleasant surprise.

After the video.. recommendations? Well, the other song they've release for this album, 'Unstoppable', is amazing. Every time I hear it, I want to hear it more. From the earlier album, 'Marching on Versailles' is excellent, leaves you wanting to join the French Revolution. 'See You In Hell' is a very pretty breakup song.. for breaking up with someone permanently. 'I am the Storm' is I think their oldest song, and is very much Power Metal. Melissa was also in a band called Rage of Light, which is described as 'Trance Metal/Melodic Death Metal'. She eventually left them, as she realized she was overextended and in too many bands. But I rather like 'I Can, I Will', and 'Twilight of the Thunder God', the latter being a cover of an Amon Amarth song. And there's her guest appearance on songs by Feuerschwanz and War Kings.
Thanks for, again, introducing an older musician to the amazing stuff that younger people are doing. Friends of mine are reviving the sixties - Thanks to you, I’m comfortable and excited in the twenties.

If you want to hear more of Nils in Amaranthe, BOOM!1 is a good song to start with but you won’t hear much of their female singer, Elize Ryd (except for one line in the song).
If you want to hear all three of the singers, Archangel is a good song to check out.
I love that band and Archangel is a great song, but whoever edited the music video needs a slap. It has more jump cuts than Taken, so probably not a great video candidate unless you can find a live version

I'd recommend, See you in Hell by AD Infinitum, Melissa's voice is solid, the video and lyrics are a great aesthetic, and the timing of a bell ringing is so perfect it's chills everytime I listen.

If you plan on checking out more of Ad Infinitum, I would highly recommend Marching on Versailles. It was my introduction to the band and remains one of my favorite songs of theirs.

This is crazy I find this today because on my way home from work this morning I'm rocking out to this song and a few other Ad Infinitum recently put out thinking I'd love for you to react to her voice. just discovered your channel and absolutely love it. had me welling up during your 10000 days reaction video. a band i think would be great for a reaction video for would be Nevermore. Their singer Warrel Dane (who very sadly passed away a few years back) was clasically trained and has a very versatile voice. They've done some very intesting covers including The Sound of Silence that you have covered before. Songs i personally love include - C.B.F, The Sanity Assassin, In Memory, The Politics of Exstacy, Dreaming Neon Black and Sentient 6. I'm sure there are many more songs that other viewers and commentors can suggest too :-) keep up the wonderful work :-)
