My mom lives here and there are LOTS of homes on lakes in the area, plus many home have pools! Tons of medical as you noted, tons of restaurants and shopping centers too The one down side is during winter it gets very crowded as the snowbirds come in from up north, but everyone is extremely friendly! A great place to retire! Oh, I should mention lots of great golf courses and activity/recreation/exercise centers too!

It's a super place. Few people with all the clubs and much cheaper than newer areas. Every thing is paid for they have no debt.
I heard of Sun City Center a few years ago. I started my job at 25 and will retire hopefully at 55. I plan on moving here to get away from the snow and cold weather where I live. They have houses here in every price range low crime and so much to do. Everything you could need. I’ve seen houses /condos going for $65000 and up so there is something for everyone. Looking for a community with activity this seems to be the place. Plus most of the houses include exterior maintenance. Driving down this fall to take a look. Seems very nice.

My wife and I have 36 months before I retire early. I have been looking at homes here and plan on buying next year. I first discovered this community about five years ago. Beautiful area with all the amenities you could need.

where are the Super Walmart and Publix?
The Super Walmart and the Publix are on the east side of the community. Both are accessible by golf cart. Unfortunately, the golf course you pointed out on Pebble Beach Blvd is now closed. Four golf courses have been shut in the last ten years but four remain open. I live in Kings Point which is a gated community in Sun City Center. Safety is exceptional and crime is practically unheard of.
They pretty much look all the same. There no getto side..lol

They have to.. they will get in trouble if they don't keep up with there house. And they have pay dues living there .
