I moved to Wimauma last year. The community govt just finished the Wimauma revitalization plan, which is a plan to build out the "downtown" area. Lots of construction and new homes being built, and traffic is already starting to get crazy, just fyi. I go to Tampa airport one day a week, and it used to take ~45 min, now it's closer to 1hr-1:15.
Waterset in Apollo beach definitely is rich in amities. But I feel like this area lacks character they could’ve create a nice village or town center and there’s not like one major shopping center like the Brandon mall or the shoppes in university center in Lakewood ranch. But can’t wait for the shopping center called the yard there building near Waterset on 41.

I lived in Brandon/Valrico and that is a family area. Different than Apollo Beach. Now in Sun City. totally different.

The gulf beaches are 45 minutes to an hour away but I do believe Anna Maria is the nearest one.
St Pete Beach and Anna Maria are pretty similar distance at around 45 mins
