I was born and raised here in Tampa since 1975 and I couldn't be more excited
Yea I guess you were 2 years old when it snowed in Tampa
Tampa has got Lotsa Asian influx these days 💯 You name it 🌏 From Taiwanese to Vietnamese and Bangladeshis to Indoenshiyans 💯
Ever since I moved to the Tampa area about 11 years ago I fell in love with the city and area.
Tampa has got Lotsa Asian Immigrants for the past 2 decades 🌏
Tampa is rated for #1 sports teams, one of the fastest growing cities, hottest housing markets, future rail transport hub with Miami and Orlando, top 10 growing city in the entire US, and a medical and tech hub city.
True, yea I forgot to mention the medical and tech
Great video, I moved to Tampa from Cuba in year 2000 and I love this town.
Thankyou, great move
The dancing pirate was a nice touch 😆
Thankyou for the feedback, yea thought it would add alittle humor to the video
Here watching from Barbados🇧🇧
Blessings to you Danroyd in Barbados
Great video again 👍
I can imagine why you live in this area.
Tampa improved quite a lot when I remember back your videos from the past.
My wife has been there lots of years ago and she was astonished how nice the skyline looks by now!
Hope you had a great time on the Bahamas 👍
Greetings and blessings from Germany
or as we in Germany say:
Grüße und Gottes Segen aus Deutschland 👋
Dirk
Yes Tampa has come a long ways in the past 10 years, thankyou Dirk
Awesome video! Thank you for doing another one! I look forward to these every year!
Thankyou, I appreciate that
visited Tampa back in 2008 loved it just relocated here in 2022 so much to see and do. I love the Tampa area! Great Video
Welcome to Tampa, great to here, yes very true
We love Tampa. We visit at least twice a year. My favorite is jogging on Bayshore Blvd in the morning.
Great video! I moved to Tampa 10 months ago and it has been one of the best decision I’ve ever made! I’m over on Davis Islands, I hope to see it featured in next year’s video!
Welcome to Tampa, yea Ill have to film more of Davis Island in a future video
Outstanding video and description!
I miss Tampa ❤ your videos are great and you have a nice voice for it. Thanks again
Thankyou I appreciate the feedback
I haven't been there in over a decade. It's changed for the best. I will definitely go there for a weekend in the very near future. I'm looking forward to it. Great video!! Thanks.
Thankyou, yes it's great this time of year
Really enjoyed your video! And first of all so very sorry for your loss of your sweet and precious Bella! Bailey is just too cute! Thank you for taking me along with you around Florida! Beautiful cities and beautiful views!
Thankyou Carla, I appreciate the comment.
@@TampaAerialMedia you're welcome!
Great video! Tampa looks amazing. You give so much useful info. I will definetely check out the previous Tampa video you mentioned and strawberry festival. Always wanted to go to the festival and this year I am!! Also will see the Beach Boys. Pretty cool.
Yea Oliver Anthony will be at Strawberry Festival this year
I haven’t been to Tampa in so long! I definitely fell in love as a child!
You are so sucky to live in this beautiful city. The planning was great and they created a fantastic experience with something for everyone. Thank you Randy for making me smile so many times during the 30 minutes or so. And for Baily, she makes me smile again and again and again, the little angel. Another thing I like about your city is that dogs are so welcome in so many places and the dog parks look maintained and so beautiful. Have a great week and a big hug to Baily. ❤
Thankyou Rephael, yea Tampa gas transformed to being more and more dog friendly
Here watching from way up North in New England!❤ Im loving your channel!😊
Thankyou Emanuel, great to hear
Can’t wait to see my favorite vacation town. Love these videos !!!🎉🎉🎉
Loved your vlog as usual. It was great surprise to meet you near Big Ray’s Fish Camp on Riverwalk during our Tampa visit last week. Thanks for your vlogs of Florida.. Sheetal & Amit from Dallas, Tx.
Thankyou Amit and Shetel and Amit, yes was great meeting you two as well
Great video! I drove down to the Tampa Bay Area from Orlando during my last summer vacation and had a blast in Tampa. Thanks for the suggestions for my next visit.
Glad you had a great time, thanks for sharing
@@TampaAerialMedia You're welcome
Great video. You make me miss my home town so much. I need to visit. Thanks for sharing and showing us what we can do.
Your are welcome, happy to give you the update
Awesome job of Tampa Randy. I was blessed to get there a few years ago and so ready to get back.
Thankyou Pam
Great video, just wonderful information.❤
Thankyou for the feedback, much appreciated
Be nice if the downtowns are built some tall towers like in Miami or Atlanta
Great updated video of Tampa Randy!!
Thankyou Cooper, glad you enjoyed it
Great work ! I'm coming from NYC to check it out. Thank you so much for such a great detailed guide.
Thankyou for the feedback, hope you have a great time in Tampa
keep up the great work love your videos
Thankyou Ed, I appreciate that.
Wow! You knocked it out of the park with this Tampa video.
Thankyou Patriot Mike, I appreciate that.
I am a 107 drone pilot from the Tampa bay area also living in Pinellas county. This video is very interesting indeed. My family started a very popular restaurant called the Leverock's Great Seafood opened since 1948 and still going strong. There is the Leverock's Real Estate Agency and real estate agent Nicole Leverock, Leverock's Mechanic shop, local pro race car driver Brian Leverock and as of recently the Leverock's Aerial Photography, therefore a very popular household name to millions of locals and visitors to the area.
It would be interesting to actually speak to you.
Most complete video I have seen of Tampa although Ybor was missing and many other attractions which Im sure you touched on, on the other vids you mentioned, amazing transformation and growth, I would love to see a similar video of St Petersburg and its beaches, in my humble opinion, the true jewel of Tampa Bay, we are so lucky to live in a region with so much to do and see, which is safe, clean and growing with a strong economy and amazing vibes, it is truly a treat to have two amazing cities that complement each other within a 20 min drive. Great vid!
Thankyou for the feedback, yep St Pete is coming soon by March... Totally agree about the 2 cities that compliment each other
Yo this was a banger. Need longer videos . ‼️🔥🔥🔥
Thankyou, yea always consider the length. I have to walk a fine line, don't want to make them so long where I lose views
Great video, Randy. We live in the Charlotte Metro Area, have no desire to live anywhere else, and absolutely love it here. But if we were to move outside of the Carolinas, it would be the Tampa Bay area. We have visited central FL enough over the decades that we know we would love it there. We have friends in Lakeland and they say they feel like they're on vacation 24/7 given their location between Tampa and Orlando. As usual, your videos are primo. God bless, brother.
Thankyou, yea Charlotte and Tampa are the 2 hottest cities in the Southeast . Hoping to do a new video of Charlotte this year
@@TampaAerialMedia Awesome, That'd be great.
I just moved to the Charlotte Metro because of my job. I love it here too.
Wow, I’ve lived in Lakeland for 15 years now and have gone to Tampa a bunch of times, but never knew of all the great amenities it has. I’ll definitely be checking them out. Thanks for the video! 😃💪🏽🔥🙏🏽
Yep a lot of people in Tampa still don't know what is all here
Great video 📸🥰☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️😃 sunshine state of Florida 🥰
Thankyou for the feedback
Excellent thank you
Thankyou for the comment
Beautiful place and very video quality!
Thankou for the nice words, much appreciate
moving there March 14th. cant wait!!!!
Welcome to Tampa, March is a great time of year
I'm delighted that downtown Tampa has made such a dramatic turnaround but calling it the "most vibrant" is a massive stretch. Appreciate the videos 👍
I've filmed many downtowns across this country, and can't think of one with a more colorful Riverwalk than Tampa
Great video!!!!
Thankyou for the nice words
One of my favorite cities in America. If I only could move there.
Love Bella's cameo appearance ❤
Thankyou Gene
Great video again 👍
Thankyou for the nice words
Amazing the amount of change. 40 years of life spent there and my home. It's still recognizable and love how it looks. I'm afraid others that call it home won't be able to for much longer.. Still always nice to visit.
Yep very true. Theres still good suburbs that are not as expensive
Much better than what it was. Place was a dump 20 years ago. Just amazing transformation 🍻
good luck Randy. However, it's late here in Europe (1:21 a.m.), and I'm following your videos. I'm going to be late to sleep. Good luck.
Get a good night's rest Abdel, thanks for your support
Can't wait for the videos of the rest of Florida's east coast.
Thankyou Martin
The voice narrators can sell a place to success.
As a long time resident of Dallas, Tampa is very attractive to me because it seems to have some of the boomtown atmosphere and growth of Dallas, but with water, beaches, and palm trees.
Yes that sums it up pretty accurately
tampa is definitely on the rise. its the top three most moved to places in florida, and they got like 5 high rise buildings in the works that are scheduled to be completed by the end of the decade
Very true
My girlfriend and I love Tampa so much! Moving here back in 2020 was the best decision we have ever made. It truly feels like home to us and we are excited about future developments like gas worx and other projects. Also, your videos helped us making our decision on moving here back then!
Thankyou, yea you moved back at a good time, hopefully you bought property back then.
Been here since 05 and I see the change. In another 10 years we will be on the Miami level. All we need is our version of the Entertainment district with high end clubs. Between Downtown Tampa and Downtown St. Pete the Bay is booming.
Honorable shout-out to Sarasota too!
Yes Sarasota deserves that shout out. We are so blessed with these great complimentary cities
Hopefully Tampa does not become "Miami level". One is enough.
I spent 3 years in Tampa Bay. Miss it everyday!
Yep it's a great area
@@TampaAerialMedia I may move back!
Ready in my home to watch de MAGIC Happen !!!
Those Hurricanes are not any joke coming in off the ocean.....
Next $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$needed
Very true, so far Tampa seems to always get spared.
I wished you had a video for New Port Richey and Ceder Key
Thankyou yep am considering doing a Pasco County video that will cover New Port Richey at some point
Just finished up the video and loved it!! Great job again Randy! Love all the updates you covered and makes me hungry to get out of this cold up in Minneapolis and down to Tampa for sun and fun. Excited for the st Pete Clearwater vids as well as the Bahamas. See you in March Tampa 🎉❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it, yea some of my best friends are in Minneapolis. I feel for you during winter
@@TampaAerialMedia thanks ! It was mild this year until last week then it hit the negatives. Minnesota winters is the reason I crave going to the Tampa area. Keep up the great work sir!
I remember when most of this never existed. I was born and raised in Tampa. Ybor was my fav place back in the day. TIA has always been a great airport. Go Bucs!! 🤟🔔 #FloridianForever Florida Strong 💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿🇺🇲 Best City in Florida! Btw, a cuban is NOT a cuban unless its on Cuban Bread. Also, Goody,Goody has been around since the 70's. Js
Good comments, although a Cuban on Pita Bread was great
It would be great to see if you can swim with the pigs in Exuma when you travel to The Bahamas!
Yea, we'll see, that's almost a all day trip to get to
Great video. I recently moved from CA and have a friend from CA visiting in FEB. I was not sure where to take him. Now I have some ideas. Thx !
Glad to help, yea both Water Street and Mid Tampa has good California style restaurants
Do you have top recommendations for places with live music in Tampa? Country, rock, folk, music!
Thats a good questions, I'm know there is, I just don't usually go to the bars very much to know. I think St Pete probably has more of the bars with live music.
I love Clearwater Beach. Bush Gardens as a great park and I saw THe Bucs best my Chiefs there over 20 years ago. Rrrrrrrrr those Buccaneers
Would love to see the Bucs vs Chiefs in the superbowl again....Enjoyed watching the Chiefs Game Saturday, brrrrr cold
@@TampaAerialMedia It's still freaking -6 here. Wish I was in Tampa more then ever.
Just moved out of Tampa god i miss it
I don’t love sports but I love shopping, entertainment and asian food
Could you recommend me which city I should move to , Tampa or Orlando or Miami?
Probably Miami, for shopping entertainment and food
@@TampaAerialMedia Thank your for your recommendation! The best channel about FL 😍
Where can i go to get skyline pictures at night or good overview of city
From the ground would be Harbor Island
Hi I live in ftlauderdale Florida my family wants to move to Orlando but
I think property is a little cheaper in Orlando, temps might feel a little warmer cause you are not near the ocean
I was there last week and everything was dead, i visited all these spots and went to St Petersburg, nothing there also. My wife and i drove for hours and couldn't find anything to do. It could be do because we are from the entertainment capital of the world.
Gasparilla Boat Parade was last weekend
What’s the entertainment capital of the world…L.A. or NY?
@@kbeezy7417 California
@@CanyonsCarverHow was there nothing to do with Gasparilla going on?
@@321gates What the hell is that? A music festival is not our thing. Drove around the city looking for entertainment and nothing.
Is it really a vibrant city? Whenever I see images and videos of the center of Tampa, it seems so empty and with nothing to do, although it is beautiful.
Yea might be some truth about that, but where Tampa lacks, St Pete has. Our new St Pete video premieres this Saturday
I visted Tampa back in 2017. I didn't see half the area shown in this video. The beach is right off the bridge over to Clear Water and dangerous to enter. Lovely place, but no beach front. 😊
Yea Tampa doesn't have a beach front on the ocean although there are beaches on the Cortney Campbell Causeway
Downtown St Pete much better organized than Downtown Tampa, Central ave is walkable from the water out to 30th street, tons of shops and food, then Beach drive from the Vinoy to the Dali with huge park and pier, Downtown Tampa a bit of a wonky layout
Yea certainly St Pete is pretty happening these days, that is whats neat about the 2 cities they compliment each other.
Here we go ... let the red headed stepchild syndrome begin.
St Pete is a hell hole lol. I'll never go back there.
Arrrrgh... we be pirates....
Especially tonight. Go Bucs
its everything new orleans wishes it could be
I feel sympathy for our country, low income people are now suffering to survive yet inflation and recession keep increasing daily, many families can't even enhance the good cost of living anymore. You've helped me a lot Expert Yetta Cox! Imagine I invested $2,000 and received $10,500.
My main concern now is how can we generate more revenue during quantitative times? I can't afford to see my savings crumble to dust.
I am grateful to her. though I started with as low as $1,500 actually because it was my first time and it was successful she's a great personality in the state..
How do I connect her please???????????????
*SHE'S MOSTLY ON TELEGRAMS APPS WITH THE BELOW NAME*
*EXPERT YETTA*
Tampa looking good!!! So much going on now. Love from Miami to our West Coast brothers and sisters!!!
Nice to hear from our other great FL city on South Beach... Yep the 2 cities make FL proud
Love your videos, man. Super informative and great production. But, Tampa is Meh. You can always tell what a city is actually like by exploring it at noon on a Tuesday. I managed to walk all of downtown within an hour or so? It's bland, very few inexpensive non-sketchy places to eat, and not a lot to really explore. If you're looking for "vibrance", Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, St. Augustine, and even downtown St. Petersburg is far more exciting on any random Tuesday with plenty of destinations. My biggest gripe on people suggesting areas based on excitement is the excuse is always that one would have to visit when there's a special event or on weekends, when it's really just a facade. Give me Seattle, Chicago, or Manhattan any day and you'll find actual things going on.
You seem to like crime infested cities that don't enforce their laws. Yep, Tampa is not for you. Thanks for stopping by, though.
@@321gates You need to get out more often lmao
@@harper222 Why, because I was being factual and statistically correct in my statement? Rock on, though, jr.
@@321gates Lol No, because you have a prejudice against those whom you don’t understand. You think Tampa is any safer than NYC? Probably because you don’t understand the people who are doing the “crimes” you’re afraid of. Get out more often and talk to people outside of your bubble. “JR” my left nut.
St pete > Tampa
them downtown parking lots really ruins every us city. why not just have a couple of parking buildings with both above ground and undeground spaces and leave the rest of the space for residentiel projects. imagine how much cooler and nicer these cities would look like.
You can't do underground anything in Tampa. The water table is very high there. That's why there's no basements or underground anything.
@@TinnaN2TheAfterlife i see, but parking lots really do ruin american cities downtown.
@@Nizo1 Agreed, but in a State like Florida anything underground is a nope. We can't even have underground shelters, due to them flooding. Just things that have to be considered when building in Florida. Kind of like wood frame homes. They're no way going to survive a hurricane. My parents had foresight and built their home with cement block, many many hurricane straps on the roof. More than code enforcement requires. So our roof always had minimal damage.
The problem with Tampa is the economy sucks, not enough big companies to support expensive cost of living
Maybe there was a time when that was true, but I don't think so today...Tampa now has major Tech and Medical Jobs that it didn't have 5 years ago
@@TampaAerialMedia not true, as someone who works in tech and lived there as well as Texas and california, Tampa doesn’t even scratch the surface. Not nearly enough corporate jobs, and jobs that are available have not kept up with outrageous cost of living. I would ill advise anyone to move to Tampa who’s not making at least 100k, you will be struggling. Unless you are okay with lowering your living standards to a micro studio apartment, which I’m not okay with doing. I expect a minimum standard of a dishwasher and clothes washer in unit, with minimum square feet of at least 800, you will be hard pressed to find an apartment that isn’t at least $2k per month.
My question is, how do you keep the homeless people from downtown don't see any in this video did you run them off just to make this video ?
Theres really not that many, it is not like California or NY. There are some homeless around, but you see them more in the suburbs, and you don't see that big homeless encampments like you'll see in NY or CA.
Political policy for starters.
Much better Downtown than Miami's.
I agree, I was surprised Miami doesn't have a better Riverwalk than it does being the international city it is
@@TampaAerialMedia the storefronts are mostly vacant, homeless people everywhere, trash/litter everywhere, graffiti, nonstop construction and it smells like urine/feces. You're talking about a nice river walk our Downtown is a homeless ghetto. At least in the CBD portion it is but Brickell is a completely different neighborhood and a lot of people associate it with Downtown.
Bailey? Dare I ask what happened to Bella?? 😢😢😢
She passed away in Oct at Univ of GA, I talk about it and show her last ride at end of the Atlanta video
@TampaAerialMedia Randy, I am so sorry to hear about Bella. I am so sad. Just finished watching the videos about Bella 😢
You are so right though. We can learn a lot from our companions.
So a less annoying miami?
True
Not everywhere, just downtown. The areas around Downtown are houses, apartments and other living spaces. He is just describing downtown areas. Not all of Tampa is like this.
Not even close to the drama that is Miami
Have always loved your channel and videos, but I hadn't seen anything on my feed for a long time. Come to find that I had been unsubscribed without my knowledge or approval. I know Google /RUclips engages in this kind of tactic with conservative political and public affairs channels, but this is new. Have re-subscribed.
Thankyou Michael, I appreciate you letting me know that... Sometimes RUclips purge out subscriptions if they think the user has been inactive in awhile, just because people die or may just go off of RUclips, so I doubt if it had anything to do with political views, but it is always good knowing when that happens. Good to have you back
St Pete still > Tampa
Thats the nice thing about Tampa Bay, you Have St Pete that might apeal to some people more and Tampa who will appeal to other people. The two cities really compliment each other.
Again problem with Tampa is poor economy
The economy in Tampa is pretty good, its one of the reasons people are moving to Tampa, as mentioned in video when many cities had a dip during the pandemic, Tampa saw a rise in its economy.
not even a top 30 downtown
I would disagree with that, any survey is always going to have Tampa in the top 15.
