Sweet. My wife and I live in Zephyrhills. I was at that same gas station that you started this video and on the same morning that you were there. I might have seen you ha ha. You were very close to our house when you were at the Publix. We were hoping you were going to drive down our street. Yes Zephyrhills has a lot of trailer parks. Just look at the over head view in Google Maps. We have bought gator meat at that stand before. Tastes like pork chops in case you're curious. It was fun to watch this and see all the familiar sights we see everyday.
I was an oversea exchange student who lived in Zephyrhills (well my house was in Dade City but most of my time was spent at Zephyrhills). Really missed the place. The ZHS bulldogs, Sunrise Eatery, and the friends I made there were really something I would never forget. What a beautiful city!

I think you missed the charming Downtown area of Zephyrhills and Zephyr Park,a really nice City Park with 2 lakes,,an amphitheater with a Splash Pad,8 miles north of Zephyrhills is Dade City which also has a charming downtown.
Been here a year and half now. Good location. Not that far from Tampa and right next to beautiful Wesley Chapel. So, if you can't afford to live in Wesley Chapel, this is your next best bet. It's far enough inland to minimize risk of severe damage during hurricanes, and high enough from sea level to minimize risk of flooding. You don't even need to carry flood insurance here. Getting a bit crowded now because a lot of people have figured out that the home prices are cheaper for a suburb of Tampa.
Viewer from Maine here. We are moving to Zephyrills this Nov., 2021. You captured Zhills pretty well, but you didn't really show the more rural aspects of the town, farms, ranches and such. Good job though. Thanks!

I don’t know if I mentioned it or not to you but we live in New Mexico just about 40 minutes from our Southern Border... we plan on selling our house and buying a mobile home in a retirement community in Zephyrhills... I couldn’t believe my eyes when you pulled into not one but two 55+ MH parks. You naming the street you were on and the cross street was a nice touch because I was able to followed your route on Google Earth right into that first MH park and was able to view the place with 360° viewing, as well as getting the name of the park at the entrance for follow up on possible homes available there. We also liked you showing the stores (strip mall) as well as saying a lot of businesses in Zephyrhills appeared to be locally owned. That McDonald's you drove thru is exactly like they looked backed in the 1950s-60s. I just found you. You did a great job. My great grandparents and grandparents were some of the founding fathers of Zephyrhills. I grew up on a ranch on West 54. It’s now, sadly, a trailer park. Every time we get hurricanes, you can find pieces of trailers all over. Some of the parks are nice. But I wouldn’t want a trailer in Florida. Anyway, you should visit Dade City. We found your channel because we want to move to FL. we've been researching Zephyrhills ( now we know how to pronounce it ) We like seeing the mobile home parks and rv parks because that's where we want to live. We're also looking in Bushnell and Avon Park
Lori Z town is a great place to live the hospital staff is really nice and everything it's a great place I've lived there on and off for almost 4 years now and my address is still there so I hope you decided to move to the lovely beautiful town that I call home have a great day and stay safe
@@shaneingram4388 Thank you ...it's good to hear first hand account's because living so far away we can't really spend much time there before moving . It seems to be reasonable yet has pretty much what you need to survive. It's also not far from major cities and attractions and the weather seems great what else could you want?
@@lori....4816 if you also like rollercoasters and that kind of stuff bush gardens is only about 20 to 30 minutes away and sea world is about an hour from z town with a lot of fun stuff at both with a cheap pass for all year round fun
@@shaneingram4388 yes I loved roller coasters but I have asthma now so I'm afraid to go on one but I can enjoy other rides and attractions. We can't wait to experience all the new things we don't have here in NJ and with the northeast weather , outside activities are limited ( unless you like to ski which we do not ).
@@lori....4816 I have COPD and I go on all of the rollercoasters without a problem I've not had a problem yet with it and so far all of the staff I've talked to at both park's have been really friendly and nice

I moved to Zephyrhills from Clarksburg,I live in one of those 55 and over mobile home parks.The Video missed out on the downtown area which is charming and Zephyr Park,a nice city park with two lakes,been here for over a year.
Watching from PA here… originally from MD…my sister lives in Zephyrhills part time. I just don’t find much there to do nor is it one of the prettier spots in Florida at least according to the video. To me it looks like a typical city in Maryland.

I am from Brisbane Australia [Olympic games here in 2032] but in meantime i was thinking of buying a holiday house near the airport as I am a recreational flyer. There are some cheap houses ,unlike near the coast ,so this is tempting. Fairly flat. I like hilly areas for a drive & sight seeing. Not sure if these are any nearby ? Trying to get a feel for the place is the reason i went for a ride with you. Thanks
I moved from Zephyrhills in about 2015, it was a nice and smaller town. But I was a little sad that you didn’t get down to where crystal springs is. It’s very beautiful there.
Not anymore. They keep building $300k-$600k housing developments and a lot of people from all over the state moving there. Used to be considered a senior living area but not anymore. It’s turning into a melting pot, with ghetto areas and snobby areas all around the mobile home retirement communities.
There is a big problem here . That’s hidden. Not for long the homeless people are mistreated and messed with daily. No resources at all really. Soon you will see the truths. Thanks for your hard work

Okay I just can't take it anymore. Me and my son ordered Popeyes on gall Blvd tonight. The orders were all wrong . Wronge food and other items we never even got. We were starving so we were going to eat it anyway which is normal for us to do. So we sit down to eat our food which looks bad to start off and the food was old , nasty and uneatable. My son took a bite of his chicken and it had a chemical taste to go along with the fact it was nasty and old. I tried mine and didn't taste nothing really, it was tasteless but my throat started feeling funny so I had to take benadryl . I called and talked to Popeyes manager toallert her and she wouldn't even listen and even hung up after being rude as crap. I have COPD along with serious allergies that could land me in the hospital. I can't believe the food was so so discusting but the sheer rudeness of the manager was atrocious. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow. If I end up in the we tonight, I'll be calling a lawyer before I get home.

I'm in Ohio and doing a little research because I'm going to be the new delivery driver for the local Rural King.
At 6:00, make a right on to 12th and go down five blocks. A house on the right is where I'm watching this.
