Powder goes first so that the powder melts into the skin and it’s dewy… I don’t want it to be blinding so now I’m scared!!!! I passed on westman because theirs were holographic!

It's advertised that way, but you can use them together, alone, and with the cream version on top or under. It really just depends on what look you're going for.
