Going on almost 3 weeks Since seeing my 6 month old daughter. It’s an absolute travesty and completely morally wrong. The system is broken. I have gotten an attorney to file for joint custody. But I have and am missing out on time with my daughter that I will never get back. Ever.

this situation, in this moment,we have a active divorce case in will county court i found my kids living in Missouri without a court order or my consent, and obviously, nothing happened. There are no consequences to her or anything but if i done same thing obviously all gun points to me from laws enforcement agents bcz i a man trying to be with my biological kids life
100% My ex-wife who is a narcissist and borderline personality use the system 2 1/2 years ago to remove my daughters from my life completely for almost 6 months and now I am in every other weekend dad and even though it has been proven that she’s using every parental alienation tactic in the book and she has filed six bogus DCFS reports that all came back unfounded. My girls were always the most happy go lucky girls in the world and over these 2 1/2 years they reverted to cutting, deal with anxiety, depersonalization, and depression. The court system is a complete joke and these GAL‘s are criminals. No matter how much she’s proven to be abusing the system and not having proper conditions for the girls they keep rewarding her. This is criminal all around!!!

My Wife of 6years just left with our 1yr old daughter 2 months ago, she came back home 3 weeks later saying how she made a mistake. She was back for a month, and just yesterday while I was at work she called me and said “I can’t do this anymore, Me and Teagan won’t be there when you get home”. She took the baby’s bed and all her furniture, she took half the stuff from our house and I feel helpless, if I go to her grandmas (where she currently is) and try to take my daughter back it will just be a fight. Fathers get the short end of the stick in these situations, I’m so frustrated.

My girlfriend found out she was pregnant, Never told me. Dumped my ass. 5 Years later i'm hearing rumors so I go to speak to her and she said she was already pregnant when I met her. 40 years later " You are the Father" But the child was raised by another man to whom she considers her dad. Which I understand and have nothing but respect for him For taking on the task of raising her.

One of the best interest factors in deciding which parent is more fit to be the primary custodial parent, Is a parent that is willing to Foster a relationship with the other parent. If mom is withholding the children from the father for no legitimate reason.. Then she is not fostering a relationship with the other parent. And dads should always use this against the moms in family court. But there are other factors to consider.... And the judge always has the ability to ignore this best interest factor.
Nice. My child’s dad and I share 50/50 custody. He was abusive to me and it didn’t matter in custody court. Yes so I go on about my life and live with the 50/50 custody. Not even a month after the decree was signed by the judge, he gets arrested while our three year old was in his care and was convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence towards his new girlfriend. I file with the courts immediately. The case was vacated because his address isn’t the one on file with the courts. CPS gets involved. Then, not even a few weeks after his release, he gets arrested AGAIN for domestic violence by strangulation and first degree kidnapping WHILE DAUGHTER WAS IN HIS CARE AGAIN. Neither time am I called to pick daughter up from police. I find out from his family members when I go to pick daughter up for my parenting time. Again, immediately filed with the courts while he was in jail. They VACATED that case too due to him not being served within the 21 day timeframe. CPS warned me that if I do not keep daughter safe, they will charge me with Child Endangerment/Failure to protect. Now he’s been released and texts me to pick daughter up for his time, and never does. He then had police come to my house today during my parenting time to pick daughter up and they asked me what was going on… I explained the situation as exactly what it is “damned if I do, damned if I don’t” … I have offered my ex other alternatives for supervised visits until we can get in front of a judge again but he just doesn’t want to do that. I have offered video calls, doesn’t accept. He just says he’s going to file contempt against me. He is fresh out of jail, homeless/jobless and won’t provide me with an address. I am trying to work with him but at the same time keep our daughter safe from his violence until we get to court. I either break a court order and protect daughter from being in the custody of CPS and risk losing my own rights to her from a judge, or I let him take her for his parenting time with no idea where she is, if she’s safe, if she’s witnessing abuse, and if her dad gets arrested again and in the custody of CPS which THEN I get charged for child endangerment. For those reading this, if you know you’re not safe or have a lifestyle safe for a child, BACK TF OFF UNTIL YOU GROW UP AND GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
@@Nattaferg I got temporary sole custody of daughter and he’s allowed one hour supervised visitation a week until our next hearing in December. Had an unbundled attorney at this hearing because of the CPS report and that he tried to get me for contempt and lied on paperwork that I withheld the day before he was arrested and serving time.

She Issued The Order On October 15 2021 And I Was Served November 2 2021 But I Was Talking To My Daughters Between The Time The Order Was Out On Me And I Wasn't Aware Of It Until November 2
I'm not sure if it's different there but here in Massachusetts if the mother is denying your parenting time she is in contempt of court. Violating a court order is a criminal offense.

In California, the answer is yes. All she has to do is live far enough away and run up medical bills to create an obstacle to visitation. She can then offer the child all she wants. If you can't afford to travel for visitation, = denial of visitation. It is the same result.
Even with a custody judgement and the mother with hold a father's visits the law will do nothing even if you have a copy of the court order unless it has specific dates and times. Every other weekend is not good enough I know from first hand experience in fact the law won't even file a report for you to have to take to court. It's ridiculous.
What a stupid question. If a parent has reasons to keep the kids from the other and takes them to court, then yes they can if the parent is proved to be unfit or under other circumstances, then only the judge decides who the kids live with and if the other parent can have visitation.

The system is messed up and super flawed. My son cried his eyes out because he had to go back to his mom and me and the sheriff just watched. Told me to go through the courts. Like that’s a over night process…. It’s killing me. But i put a tracker on him… this time she can’t go missing… thank god for technology.

The answer is no...sperm cell is a living organism that function...which means the father is every child jurisdiction...which is also federal....civil right...what the video is starting is state law...hit federal...there are legal rights in federal court for child custody only if there is no state law court order involved....but research federal child custody....same for elderly custody with power of attorney...

I don’t know about other states but from experience, mothers can take your kids in California. Clean record, never been in trouble, good background, love my kid with all my heart, poured over 80k in court but lost anyway. One sided courts. This guy talking is all BS. I have physical rights to my child and DHS is involved with the reunification process. She was deemed unfit by the courts. DHS worker took her to the visitation due to my car problems and they never brung my child back. I called tribal police and city police. They told me they can't do anything about even though I have court documents stating that my child live with me.

I was given my boys from Cys because the mother is a drug addict and she left them in the hospital for dad detoxing off of drugs she’s been on a run for nine years from her probation officer finally got caught And her mother just put her up to put a restraining order on me put my kids name on the restraining order and a cop came here with her and they took my kids for a whole week. We went to court they dropped the restraining order and I went back and I picked my kids up, I have an attorney I’m trying to get in front of a judge. This should be illegal or considered kidnapping. Felony kidnapping. Question? What happens if she already broke the custody judgment that the judge ruled on a mandated she brings my daughter ever two weeks an is with holding my daughter against her will. Not only was caught cheating also committed adulterous relationship and acts with another person while my daughter listens through the small walls in a studio and she’s 4.5. Originally We all lived together in a 3story duplex condominium. We had a minor disagreement and yes she is a narcissist by the way. Back she takes my daughter runs off to another state and that’s what lead to her applying for child welfare services and was denied for stealing government resources from a state she didn’t reside in!😮 So she was told to provide adequate housing and transportation to visit me every two weeks if I were to “allow” her to have partial custody but to stay with her mom. Nothing the judge said in court has been followed. Haven’t seen my daughter back in her initial home since she was taken from it at 2.5 and I’ve been worrying spending even more to travel an see her 4hrs away. if this is even legal especially if there was a judgement in my favor. PS she was slotted 20bucks a month because I provided and provided informative documents that showed her true colors and plans . I said all this because I’m fed up and a will need additional funds to re litigate what was already the judgement. Isn’t this illegal?

Mom filed a emergency custody order and snatched the children from my home while I was at work and during my parenting time. I soon followed and ask for the children but she refuse and told officer that she has a restraining order against me. I found out it wasn't a restraining order after being served the next day and that her claim was that im abusive on the emergency custody order. Court hearing is on 08/31/2022. Any advice? Thanks
There's one part I don't like about this video at all. Yup I have tried to resolve it between just me and her, but she is showing no budge. I have no choice other than to take it to court. Fortunately I am in Denmark, so all these fees etc are not really applicable. That I believe they really don't have the old barbaric way of just believing the woman no matter what.

This lawyer is just wasting time every man’s time. He had some valid point but when he said it not criminal for a mother to withhold a child is a lie. I’m Texas where I reside is a felony. A cop told me that but she said with her own words that they still will not take a child from a mother. We man are in this alone. Do your research, hire a good attorney that had good reviews that want to help.

She took my 1st daughter in 2001 its been more than 18yrs now i been on child support now its back pay and i haven't seen her since. Her mother send the child support court papers to another address so i wouldnt show up for court i have no criminal record can i sue her for violating my rights i have the court copy documents showing it was sent to another address any advice

I did exactly that except I had a status quo order stating my house was there primary address and still I got secret indicted for kidnapping eventually got the charges dropped but the court is so stupid no award you custody and then turn around and charge you for kidnapping the same month practically

The mother of my children keep them from letting me take them and do stuff with them and my only option is to hire an attorney and going down that road I think they said they wanted five grand and it could be more I shouldn't have to come up with vibrant well if you're wealthy that's fine but what if you don't have a lot of money???
I don't know what to do. I don't have any legal visitation set up for my boys father yet, I'm still trying to get him to sign divorce papers. He does not want to see his boys most of the time, but every once in awhile he will just text me out of nowhere and tell me to have the boys ready because he's taking them for a day or two. I've allowed this in the past because they wanted to see him. But here's the problem, in emergency situations in which the boys are out of school for holidays and I can't get work off and I ask him if he'll take them or help out, he will completely ghost me. Not a word out of him. Also on average he sees them once every 2-3 months, and only a few of those times was his of his own initiation, the rest was me trying to hold him to the barely there arrangement he and I had of once a month. Is it a bad idea to tell him no if he randomly decides he wants to take them for a couple days? I feel like my kids are being taken for granted and treated as an after thought, but I also don't want to harm their relationship with their father.
What about if he does absolutely nothing, everything is on you because his needs are way more important? Here in Pennsylvania and pretty much every other state, if a mother doesn’t comply to an order from court signed by a JUDGE is basically saying she don’t give af about consequences and she will keep doing what she wants instead of what she’s supposed to do. At that moment, all you have to do is go to the police station of the jurisdiction on which you filled for custody and as long as you have a the order or copies of it stating in writing that the police can get involved if the order gets violated in any way by any of the parties. 9 out 10 times they’ll gladly escort you to wherever your child is a retrieve him/her for you until it’s time for you to return the child back with the mother. Eventually, if she keeps playing and fooling around.. she will deal with heavy fines, possible jail time and lose most of her rights as parent if not the entire custody all together. Don’t know what places this man talks about, but in most states they don’t play when it comes to go over a court order because you feel like it, let alone violate a father’s rights.

My girls were always the most happy go lucky girls in the world and over these 2 1/2 years they reverted to cutting, deal with anxiety, depersonalization, and depression.

Dumped my ass. 5 Years later i'm hearing rumors so I go to speak to her and she said she was already pregnant when I met her. 40 years later " You are the Father" But the child was raised by another man to whom she considers her dad. One of the best interest factors in deciding which parent is more fit to be the primary custodial parent, Is a parent that is willing to Foster a relationship with the other parent. If mom is withholding the children from the father for no legitimate reason.. Then she is not fostering a relationship with the other parent. And dads should always use this against the moms in family court. But there are other factors to consider.... And the judge always has the ability to ignore this best interest factor.

Nice. My child’s dad and I share 50/50 custody. He was abusive to me and it didn’t matter in custody court. Yes so I go on about my life and live with the 50/50 custody. Not even a month after the decree was signed by the judge, he gets arrested while our three year old was in his care and was convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence towards his new girlfriend. I file with the courts immediately. The case was vacated because his address isn’t the one on file with the courts. CPS gets involved. Then, not even a few weeks after his release, he gets arrested AGAIN for domestic violence by strangulation and first degree kidnapping WHILE DAUGHTER WAS IN HIS CARE AGAIN. Neither time am I called to pick daughter up from police. I find out from his family members when I go to pick daughter up for my parenting time. Again, immediately filed with the courts while he was in jail. They VACATED that case too due to him not being served within the 21 day timeframe. CPS warned me that if I do not keep daughter safe, they will charge me with Child Endangerment/Failure to protect. Now he’s been released and texts me to pick daughter up for his time, and never does. He then had police come to my house today during my parenting time to pick daughter up and they asked me what was going on… I explained the situation as exactly what it is “damned if I do, damned if I don’t” … I have offered my ex other alternatives for supervised visits until we can get in front of a judge again but he just doesn’t want to do that. I have offered video calls, doesn’t accept. He just says he’s going to file contempt against me. He is fresh out of jail, homeless/jobless and won’t provide me with an address. I am trying to work with him but at the same time keep our daughter safe from his violence until we get to court. I either break a court order and protect daughter from being in the custody of CPS and risk losing my own rights to her from a judge, or I let him take her for his parenting time with no idea where she is, if she’s safe, if she’s witnessing abuse, and if her dad gets arrested again and in the custody of CPS which THEN I get charged for child endangerment. For those reading this, if you know you’re not safe or have a lifestyle safe for a child, BACK TF OFF UNTIL YOU GROW UP AND GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.

@@Nattaferg I got temporary sole custody of daughter and he’s allowed one hour supervised visitation a week until our next hearing in December. Had an unbundled attorney at this hearing because of the CPS report and that he tried to get me for contempt and lied on paperwork that I withheld the day before he was arrested and serving time.

In California, the answer is yes. All she has to do is live far enough away and run up medical bills to create an obstacle to visitation. She can then offer the child all she wants. If you can't afford to travel for visitation, = denial of visitation. It is the same result.
Even with a custody judgement and the mother with hold a father's visits the law will do nothing even if you have a copy of the court order unless it has specific dates and times. Every other weekend is not good enough I know from first hand experience in fact the law won't even file a report for you to have to take to court. It's ridiculous.

The answer is no...sperm cell is a living organism that function...which means the father is every child jurisdiction...which is also federal....civil right...what the video is starting is state law...hit federal...there are legal rights in federal court for child custody only if there is no state law court order involved....but research federal child custody....same for elderly custody with power of attorney...

I have physical rights to my child and DHS is involved with the reunification process. She was deemed unfit by the courts. DHS worker took her to the visitation due to my car problems and they never brung my child back. I called tribal police and city police. They told me they can't do anything about even though I have court documents stating that my child live with me.

This should be illegal or considered kidnapping. Felony kidnapping. Question? What happens if she already broke the custody judgment that the judge ruled on a mandated she brings my daughter ever two weeks an is with holding my daughter against her will. Not only was caught cheating also committed adulterous relationship and acts with another person while my daughter listens through the small walls in a studio and she’s 4.5. Originally We all lived together in a 3story duplex condominium. We had a minor disagreement and yes she is a narcissist by the way. Back she takes my daughter runs off to another state and that’s what lead to her applying for child welfare services and was denied for stealing government resources from a state she didn’t reside in!😮 So she was told to provide adequate housing and transportation to visit me every two weeks if I were to “allow” her to have partial custody but to stay with her mom. Nothing the judge said in court has been followed. Haven’t seen my daughter back in her initial home since she was taken from it at 2.5 and I’ve been worrying spending even more to travel an see her 4hrs away. if this is even legal especially if there was a judgement in my favor. PS she was slotted 20bucks a month because I provided and provided informative documents that showed her true colors and plans . I said all this because I’m fed up and a will need additional funds to re litigate what was already the judgement. Isn’t this illegal?

Mom filed a emergency custody order and snatched the children from my home while I was at work and during my parenting time. I soon followed and ask for the children but she refuse and told officer that she has a restraining order against me. I found out it wasn't a restraining order after being served the next day and that her claim was that im abusive on the emergency custody order. Court hearing is on 08/31/2022. Any advice? Thanks
There's one part I don't like about this video at all. You have to be open-minded that they are narcissistic people with Tendencies so ruin people and I have dated one and had a child bought one and let me tell you something it is one hell of a horror scene because they lie constantly and they come up with contingency plans when one plan doesn't work from sabotaging the person that they want to hurt

When she repeatedly claims that needs to be mental health assessment, even though the first one should’ve been sufficient for Family Court reasons after she assaulted the father, and then got an order of protection to protect herself from getting charged then yeah no that’s cool not how you should be using the system

Yup I have tried to resolve it between just me and her, but she is showing no budge. I have no choice other than to take it to court. Fortunately I am in Denmark, so all these fees etc are not really applicable. That I believe they really don't have the old barbaric way of just believing the woman no matter what.

This lawyer is just wasting time every man’s time. He had some valid point but when he said it not criminal for a mother to withhold a child is a lie. I’m Texas where I reside is a felony. A cop told me that but she said with her own words that they still will not take a child from a mother. We man are in this alone. Do your research, hire a good attorney that had good reviews that want to help.

She took my 1st daughter in 2001 its been more than 18yrs now i been on child support now its back pay and i haven't seen her since. Her mother send the child support court papers to another address so i wouldnt show up for court i have no criminal record can i sue her for violating my rights i have the court copy documents showing it was sent to another address any advice

I did exactly that except I had a status quo order stating my house was there primary address and still I got secret indicted for kidnapping eventually got the charges dropped but the court is so stupid no award you custody and then turn around and charge you for kidnapping the same month practically

I’ve been going through this right now in the police do not help you one single bit if u r a man ,The cops actually laughed at me and called me a pussy in person , I also tryed calling the cops And they said they don’t deal with that kin of stuff that is a family matter and they were unwilling to go to the mothers house since then the mother packed up and moved leaving me with no idea we’re my kids r,One of my daughters got a hold of me by the phone mom found out and moved again .My daughter actually got tired of this so she called CPS got her and her sister pulled from mom and taking the foster care were they contacted me and release the kids to me so now the kids are with me. But now we’re doing the CPS Case plans nightmares. The mother of my children keep them from letting me take them and do stuff with them and my only option is to hire an attorney and going down that road I think they said they wanted five grand and it could be more I shouldn't have to come up with vibrant well if you're wealthy that's fine but what if you don't have a lot of money???

I don't know what to do. I don't have any legal visitation set up for my boys father yet, I'm still trying to get him to sign divorce papers. He does not want to see his boys most of the time, but every once in awhile he will just text me out of nowhere and tell me to have the boys ready because he's taking them for a day or two. I've allowed this in the past because they wanted to see him. But here's the problem, in emergency situations in which the boys are out of school for holidays and I can't get work off and I ask him if he'll take them or help out, he will completely ghost me. Not a word out of him. Also on average he sees them once every 2-3 months, and only a few of those times was his of his own initiation, the rest was me trying to hold him to the barely there arrangement he and I had of once a month. Is it a bad idea to tell him no if he randomly decides he wants to take them for a couple days? I feel like my kids are being taken for granted and treated as an after thought, but I also don't want to harm their relationship with their father.

And even worse the other man is my nephews dad so it's a messed up thing going on and I know he's mine becasue we got a private dna test and it came back 99% so what can I really do I have no control and I really want to be apart of his life and I have tried and only seen him 1 in two years so if anyone can help me I really don't know what to do. This clown doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Here in Pennsylvania and pretty much every other state, if a mother doesn’t comply to an order from court signed by a JUDGE is basically saying she don’t give af about consequences and she will keep doing what she wants instead of what she’s supposed to do. At that moment, all you have to do is go to the police station of the jurisdiction on which you filled for custody and as long as you have a the order or copies of it stating in writing that the police can get involved if the order gets violated in any way by any of the parties. 9 out 10 times they’ll gladly escort you to wherever your child is a retrieve him/her for you until it’s time for you to return the child back with the mother. Eventually, if she keeps playing and fooling around.. she will deal with heavy fines, possible jail time and lose most of her rights as parent if not the entire custody all together. Don’t know what places this man talks about, but in most states they don’t play when it comes to go over a court order because you feel like it, let alone violate a father’s rights.
