Will the plastic not melt in boiling water?
I boiled it at medium temperature and it didn't melt. For more safety, you can use a baking bag.
For how many days we can keep it in fridge 😊
You can keep it in the refrigerator for 5-7 days, wrapped in aluminium foil. My salami only five, because it was eaten.😊
I would add boiled pork back fat instead of cheese.
