    Single leg training is a must, whether your goal is to be more athletic, stronger, build more muscle, or work on fixing imbalances.
    I share the top 40 exercises we use at Vigor Ground Fitness and Performance to get our clients the best results possible.
    A quick note, that there are countless variations of these if we include different tools (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, etc.) as well as offset strategies, rep/set schemes, intensification methods, etc.

    At min 1:20, there was the exercise “kettlebell anterior lunge”. It looks amazing! Is there another name for this exercise?
