1. I'm sure you watched through the full 240 exercises to see whether there are any besides hip extensions 2. You know nothing about my knowledge of anatomy 3. I'd love to see you put out a resource that helps others and take hours of your time and energy to create it. I will learn from all your knowledge with pleasure, can you please direct me to any resources you've created and put out. Thank you
@@Luka-Hocevar Hi Luka..first i want to say is APOLOGIZE..im so sorry if i offend to you..i'm PT too..i just say that glutes can do more than extensions and abductions.. A lot of times..people forget rotation movements..and i think is in that point where the problems came.. Ussually people want to learn a lot of exercises..i think is better learn about joints movility..you know?? Hips can extend..flex..abduction..adduction..and rotation..JUST THIS.. When you learn the movements of the joints...is more easy that to try learn a lot lot of exercises.. I think we need to be expert in movement NOT in exercises.. That's my opinion.. Again...sorry..

A lot of hip extensions..glutes are rotators to..so..study more anatomy please..🤔
