Thanks for the videos! For an example of the practicality of this video. Could someone watching take like 3-5 of these exercises and use them as a mobility warm up for a resistance workout? I love the mobility content, this is what I've been searching for :)
Yes, you can take 2-4 of these and use them as warm ups or even as fillers in your program (during a Lower body exercise for instance, or a primer for a big lift, etc)
