    The Shoulders is one of those muscle groups (along with the Lats) that takes physique to the next level - a wider stature that starts at the shoulders and tapers down to the waist providing leaner, more athletic look.
    Or in this case, an Action Figure physique.
    Remember that there are 3-heads to the shoulder. Front (anterior) Deltoid, Lateral (medial) Deltoid, Rear (posterior)Deltoid.
    Too often we focus on what we can see in the mirror - front deltoids and some may take the time to hit lateral deltoids, but attention to rear deltoids in most gyms is about as common as an extraterrestrial encounter.
    Not only will rear delts help improve shoulder size and physique, it will also improve shoulder function.
