  • Here is a white chocolate and lemon version of the delicious chocolate Yule log I made over Christmas

    Ingredients:
    Sponge:
    * 4 large eggs
    * 90g caster sugar
    * 80g plain flour
    * 1/2 tsp baking powder
    * Pinch of lemon zest
    * Fresh lemon juice OR lemon flavouring
    Ganache:
    * 200g white chocolate
    * 100g unsalted butter
    * 100ml double cream
    * Lemon zest
    Whipped cream filling:
    * 300ml double cream
    * 1 tsp icing sugar
    * 1 tsp Lemon juice or lemon flavouring
    Bake cake in the airfryer oven at 180 degrees for 9
    Baking tray size - 32.8*26.3cm
    Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180C for 15 mins
