    Another superb recipe, thank you. May I ask how would you make this into milk chocolate, with a plant based milk? Also would love a white chocolate recipe that is creamy without cashews. X x x

      Sorry to ask another question, which Vanilla extract do you use please?

    • @KindEarthTV
      @KindEarthTV  7 лет назад

      HI Dawn, I've never made a milk chocolate - this one is so delicious for me that I've never felt the need. So unfortunately, I can't help on that one.

      I use different vanilla extracts - whatever is available. They do yield slightly different results though. Lately I've been using Steenbergs Organic fair-trade vanilla extract (it is a little more on the pricey side though).

    What's the amount of each ingredient and can the vanilla be left out too?

    • @KindEarthTV

      It will get softer yes but for it to fully melt it needs to be a little hotter

    is it necessary to use cocoa butter or it's our choice

    • @KindEarthTV
      @KindEarthTV  7 лет назад +1

      Hi Afreen - this chocolate really does need cocao butter, so that it solidifies.

    Can I substitute the cocoa butter for creamed coconut?

    • @KindEarthTV
      @KindEarthTV  8 лет назад +1

      You could try - I imagine it would set really nicely. I use creamed coconut block a lot, although I've not yet tried to use it as a sub in this recipe. I have another recipe that works amazingly well with creamed coconut block though, definitely one to check out: www.trinityskitchen.com/coconut-chocolate-fudge-with-creamed-coconut-only-4-ingredients-dairy-free-vegan/

      Yes, I saw this recepie as well. Actually I think I saw all your recipies, I love them and when I watch your videos I feel so calm and confident in my new vegan life. I was thinking in making the home made chocolate to use in cookie recipies, and here the creamed coconut is a lot cheeper than cocoa butter.

      Wonderful! I am pleased to hear that you like what I am sharing.
      Have fun experimenting. I am thinking this one would also turn out a little more fudge-like with the creamed coconut, but it may well be delish!

    Is this the same cocoa butter that's used for your body

    • @jasonkelly2173
      @jasonkelly2173 7 лет назад

      carla murray Yes! It's the same stuff that they sell in skincare and creams, but just in its purest form (obviously).

    • @jasonkelly2173
      @jasonkelly2173 7 лет назад

      Oh and keep in mind that there is a difference between 'cacao' and 'cocoa' 🙂

    • @KindEarthTV
      @KindEarthTV  7 лет назад +1

      Indeed. Cocoa is cooked (usually roasted) and cacao is raw. You can use them interchangeably though. Just have to be careful that the 'cocao' doesn't have anything added (it's usually pure here in the UK, just cocoa).

      Trinity's Conscious Kitchen oh okay thank you! I knew there was a difference and I didn't know what! And that's good because I live in the Uk too 🙂

    • @thesmoothiesbar

      You can use coconut oil but the chocolate melts faster than the one made with cacao butter ruclips.net/video/BzhxyOi_70Y/видео.html
