Hey SG Layers, thanks for doing this video, but was wondering if there's a point of asking undergraduates to be on it?
They have yet to clock working life hours, so their perspectives might not be as reliable?
Would be interesting to hear from people who have been in the industry for at least several years. And to hear from diploma/NITEC holders like myself too - how has the lack of degree affected us, at least from our perspectives.
    Cheers!

Hi Marcus! We have plans to create more contrasting ep down the line! If you would like to join any of the current episodes we have in the works: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf4O8bqJzkF8O7piF26sCIXZqibnCCl7Z_LO4seZmvECIQZow/viewfo
For this ep, we wanted to showcase the POV that uni students might just be 'going with the flow' for various reasons. Also we wanted to show the differences between expectations vs reality as an undergrad and as a grad with some working exp!

I've watched all the uploaded clips that you have submitted. I prefer that there can be elaborated grounds to the topics done. It can be managed by a moderator or curator to give a more critical thinking on how it gives a counter-feedback to the people who have contributed in this session; rather than more of "I think, I feel". If not the appearance of Andy and other crew team, won't make sense. It may not be in your agenda or focus, since it may seem more like a debated topic or even longer clips.
Nevertheless it is still a good platform or push for various voices of the Millennial age. As well as looking through all the comments, dot-animation, added subtitles across the time of uploads.

Thank you for you for watching for commenting! We're still looking for ways to engage the participants more so as to present different viewpoints so that's a fair point about the inclusion of a moderator.
Currently, we're trying to get participants with different views on a topic so hopefully this can present the group with different thinking points. We have some pretty interesting episodes coming in the next few weeks, so stay tuned for that!

1 Singaporean engineer salary can be used to pay the salaries of 3 engineers from India.
This doesn’t mean hiring a Singaporean engineer will lose $. But they are required to work 3x harder.
