She tell us about how she was first introduced into politics, to becoming the 10th Speaker of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly and onward to the Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development as well as the challenges & job satisfactions within that journey.

Hi Hannah . I was surprised to hear that you can't obtain a PR in Australia after you graduated and work in that country. In Canada it is very easy for foreign students who graduated , work in Canada to obtain PR and within four years to obtian citizen . I am a Canadian Malaysian . Canada is so welcoming and retain those who graduated here to settle . I been to Australia but decided to immigrate to Canada in 1992 with my family.

The parents of the non bumis had to sell their property and beg and borrow from relatives and loan sharks to send their children overseas because of bumi quota system, the bumis here get their sponsorship from the government without any effort at all and the amount even included their parents, wife's and children's expenses to follow along to go overseas to study. All these sponsorship (not loan so no need to repay) comes from the taxpayers (who are they mostly?) not Zakat ok?
