👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾That was a masteful coaching session! A true Jedi of coaching. It was so beautiful from start to finish especially how comfortable you are in silence. Questioning was present, effective and thought provoking for the coaches. My favorite part was how the coach used the coaches language about the tie and was so patient in allowing her to find her answer on how to cut the tie. To see a shift in her was priceless.
