I really liked this workout. It was the right amount of time and a good pace. The end bunout was tough. My elbow didn't hurt either so that was a bonus.

Floaty arm syndrome after this one! So glad you are using the weight bench because I got one for Christmas so I am using it right along with you ! This workout was just enough to concentrate on upper body and loved the burner at the end ! Thank you!🌼😄

I really love working the upper body! Those Arnold's always have my shoulders burning. Im glad the burnout started at 5 and not 10 though cause I was struggling when we got to the end 😆
Wow amazing upper body sculpt & cardio. The rounds are hard and so good intensity for the muscles. Even when switching from dumbells (heavy to light) I feel the burn.🔥 Good to finish strong.💦👍 Thank you Tracy.👌💪❤
