    12 years ago I came home from my (probably) 5th Zumba class and told my husband no one over 45 (I was 56 at the time) could jump. I continue to do Zumba without jumps but I am going to give your recommendations a shot. Thank you for talking about the science behind it.

    So glad I found this! I used to be strong but recovered from elbow surgery feeling weak.
    I was told I have Osteopenia.

    People should not judge some to not do something when they have no knowledge. It is like saying you ste too old to lift weights
