Funny but when Danica drove Jay Leno around a track with a race car she told him "you don't get burnt out cause you do what you love" which Jay responded "I don't get burnt out, I smell like I'm burnt out" WOW, that was before his burn accident, maybe a few months before.... Amazing

As I understand it at this point, we need at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of ideal body weight, daily; at least 35 grams of this protein should be consumed whenever we first eat in the day… AND holds if the majority of our protein is animal based.
-Additional protein intake is needed if the majority of one’s protein is not animal based.
Of course, this info differs some from Stacie’s exact recommendations. I believe this info may have come out following her instructions. (?)
-There is SO much to try and keep up with, isn’t there?!?

I supplement with whey and soy proteins in my morning coffee and some other goods. Shrimp and lump crab are great sources. Nuts or better nut butters and certain legumes help. I also drink protein shakes and high protein milk like FairLife, and use cottage cheese in recipes especially in place of other cheeses like with eggs.

Stacy Sims notoriously doesn't care about calories. Focus on whole foods, mostly if not entirely plant-based,woth plenty of protein. For more specific recommendations, google what she says about pregnancy and diet.

Why don’t you give real food examples of 100 calories of protein and 50 calories of carbs? An egg is about 75 . Also- not all women are the same weight! Doesn’t make sense 150 calories for a woman who is petite 5’1 117 pounds like me vs a woman who is 5’7 145!
