    When I have trouble going to sleep, or going back to sleep, I often listen to Lauren Ostrowski Fenton’s sleep meditations. She’s Australian (I love an accent), and her voice and the soothing content most always work like a charm for me.

    Ive dealt with depression and anxiety in the past and i like your suggestion of continually taking small steps and be nice to yourself.

    I drink sleepy time tea which is a catch 22 bc ideally it's best to drink it within an hour of bedtime but then your chance of waking up more often to pee increase! 🤷🏻‍♀️
    Also, that eye movement thing, did you say you do it with your eyes closed or open? I am definitely trying that.

      For increasing lean muscle, the recommendation is 1.6-2.2 grams/kg of body weight. 96-126 grams/day
