    Really liked the format of this one. The emphasis was on weights - and heavier ones at that. Had just enough cardio to keep you in the zone without over shadowing the amount of weight to pull. Nicely done! Do you have other workouts that use this rotation style?

    This was perfect because I am seeing now after doing your videos that you don't need anymore than 30-45 minutes on a workout that focuses on specific areas of the body . Very efficient! thank You !

    A nice short vacation workout! Whew! Those v sit presses. Ouchy! I also used 15 on the curls. Tough. Had to go pretty slow.

    I loved everything about this workout! I like to keep my workouts at a minimum of 40 minutes but I was able to add my own exercises at the end.

    Great 30 minute workout .. Thanks for the suggestions on how to extend the workout time ... I love these 30 min sessions when Im low on time in the morning .. but if time allows adding that 4th round to each set would be perfect. Thanks for another great w/o Tracy !! (can anyone tell me the calorie burn ... I have a samsung watch which sadly does not have a huge selection of workouts to choose for this format and does not properly calculate the cal burn :( .. Thank you !!)

      They help to synthesize muscle tissue and they aid in reparation. If you're keen to build more muscle, it's a supplement that does what it claims, though I don't think it's always needed. Depends on your goal.
