Really liked the format of this one. The emphasis was on weights - and heavier ones at that. Had just enough cardio to keep you in the zone without over shadowing the amount of weight to pull. Nicely done! Do you have other workouts that use this rotation style?

I love these 30 min sessions when Im low on time in the morning .. but if time allows adding that 4th round to each set would be perfect. Thanks for another great w/o Tracy !! (can anyone tell me the calorie burn ... I have a samsung watch which sadly does not have a huge selection of workouts to choose for this format and does not properly calculate the cal burn :( .. Thank you !!)
They help to synthesize muscle tissue and they aid in reparation. If you're keen to build more muscle, it's a supplement that does what it claims, though I don't think it's always needed. Depends on your goal.
