Funny the timing of this, and seeing it on my feed. I just started getting back into Blender since a hiatus from 2019 or so... and it became very clear very soon that I was in need of figuring a different setup for the different workflow... Having a keyboard on top would be awesome for my drawing work, not so sure with Blender though. I'd be using it wayyy more often then I do with any drawing apps I use. I just built a new PC and finally have a solution for my Cintiq and a single USB-C cable, so def would be looking and pondering this and other setups. Appreciate the video and sharing!

As someone who bought their own Cintiq Pro 32, this will definitely be VERY handy to have.

I think so, you would just have space on both sides.

Yeah, thats a big one. I guess it depends how hunched over you are as well. How I filmed this was not representative of how I use my Cintiq. Its much closer to me and rests on the arms of my chair. I am right up on it.
@@CreateNowSleepLater good point. Good seating/posture is vital when using a screen tablet. I found out the hard way, not fun.

Do they have an option just for a pen holder? Without trays of any kind, just something for the stylus alone
I don't think so but I'd ping them. They are really open and good to talk to. Im sure if the demand was there, they could come up with something. They would probably need a lip of some kind to take the place of the tray.
I used a Command Strip metal hook (the one that swings & such in the plastic base), pried open the hook with pliers, and attached it to the back of my pen display on the top right. I then just slip the pen in with the nib up and it's one of the better, easier hacks I've done, because I hated having to keep track of my pen.
I hear ya, I have a number of Wacom pens and somehow they all get eaten or something.
I fully plan to buy this, but I'm a tad confused as the site is down, guess I'll have to wait till it's back up

The website shows the pen resting in the two cups on the top... does that mean it rests on the pen's nib, or directly on the eraser? It doesn't look to be a funnel look like the normal stand. I ask, because that is terrible. If you store your pen in a cup or store it resting on the nib, the tip will be in an active always state, not letting you "click", breaking your $50-80 pen permanently.
There is a rubber softener on the bottom. I’ve had all 3 of my pens in there without issue. Prior to that, I kept them on a cup 😂
@@CreateNowSleepLater That's terrible, and really bad for a product if it doesn't have the foresight not to design the holder correctly. It shouldn't rest on the pressure sensor. There shouldn't be anything, rubber, foam...nothing. Look at the OEM holders. you can rest them sideways or vertical in the funnel style holder. Avoid this at all costs.
