Did you soft proof using icc profiles prior to having the prints ordered. It looks like Bayphoto has icc profiles for download. Not all of the print companies offer that.
I am the quality control person at a competitor print-on-demand company that is not mentioned in this review. Spots, specs, and lines (also know as banding, caused by clogged print heads) are not acceptable ever. If you ever get banding in an image, take a picture and call customer service. They should send you out a reprint. At my company, we would know everything. We can track who printed it, who packaged and shipped it etc. If the issue keeps happening, the employee shipping defective products doesn't last long. Usually they get demoted to folding boxes all day for a month, then if it happens again... they get promoted to the unemployment line.
I have only bought Metal Prints from PICTORM, I have bought multiple Acrylic Prints from Artbeat sand have been super happy...!
What is your favorite type of print for displaying photos? (Standard, Metal, Acrylic, Canvas)

Ive had pretty good luck from Sam's Club - it was miles above what i got from Walgreens
@thefriendlyreviwer hi, you mention you use you R5 for these images. Is that senor the minimum requirement for such inages as yours?

No. There is a coating on the aluminum that the ink or dye is infused into.
Thanks 😮😮😮
i missed you
You lost me after you said that the Artbeat Metal print had scratches on it. I rate Artbeat as unusable.
